Chapter 6

Sarah POV-
I saw Amanda through the small glass of the freezer, evilly smiling.

"Haha ok Amanda you can unlock the door now." I said trying not to panic. "Uh, no thanks!" She said, then skipped away.

"Amanda wait! It's freezing in here!" I yelled, assuming no one could hear me. I started banging on the door as loud as I can, but no one came. I sat near the hundreds of shelves of ice cream, and curled up into a ball. I figured body heat is the only thing I have.

I took out my phone checking if I had any service to text someone to lete out, but it just said "No Service". I put it back in my pocket and looked at the ceiling. This is it, I'm going to die in here.

Thirty minutes went by, and I took out my phone again to check how I looked. My lips turned blue, and I could start to see my face turn pale. I managed to stay alive for 30 minutes... I don't know how much longer I can stay though.

Amanda POV-
I smirked as I walked away from the locked freezer door. I went back to work, when I heard footsteps coming from behind me. "Hey where's Sarah?" A voice asked. I turned around to see Ross standing with his phone in his hand. "I've been looking for her for like half an hour."

I shrugged. "She left, she said she didn't want to be with you." I said. "Oh.." He said looking down. I walked towards him and intertwined our fingers together. "Follow me." I said as we were hand in hand. I took him to the freezer door, so that we were in sight through the glass. I smirked, then smashed my lips into his.

Sarah POV-
I waited another half an hour, now I've been in here for an hour. I took another glimpse at myself, and saw my hair was freezing together. I laid my head against the shelves, and realized that I was going to die today.

I looked out the freezer window, and saw Ross and Amanda's face inches apart from eachother's, then they kissed. "Ross!" I managed to choke out. "Ross!" I choked out again, crawling to the door. I banged on the glass, and Ross's face shot towards me.

Ross POV-
Amanda kissed me, and no sparks were there whatsoever. Nothing compared to Sarah's kisses. I didn't even kiss back, then a bang from the side of me rang through my ears. My head quickly looked that way, and I saw Sarah's face. She was pale, her lips were blue, and I saw icicles starting to form in her hair.

I sprinted to the freezer and quickly opened it. She hugged me tightly, shivering uncontrollably. "R-Ross" she said. "A-Amanda p-p-put me in h-here." She said softly. I looked at Amanda with an angered look on her face, and I lifted Sarah up bridal style to get her to the hospital.

"Doesn't want to be with me huh?" I asked Amanda as I walked out of the shop with Sarah in my arms. I gently placed her into the car, and quickly went to the driver's seat. I saw Sarah's eyes slowly close, and I shook her to keep her awake. "Stay with me. Don't let go." I said. She nodded, and intertwined her cold hands with mine. "R-Ross" she said softly. "What?" I asked worriedly. "I-I love you." She said.
