Chapter 35

Sarah POV-

"I-I'm sorry, who did you see?" I asked, hoping I wouldn't hear the name Amanda again.

"Amanda..." Ashley said as she trailed off. I laid my head back and placed my hand on my face. "I can't believe this is happening." I mumbled. Ashley walked over to me, and rubbed my arm. "I'm sorry, honey." She comforted me. I nodded my head, and wiped away the tears on my face.

"I wish Ross was here." I said, changing the subject. Riker shrugged. "I know you do, but just think, every minute is one step closer to Ross." He said. I lifted an eyebrow and said, "That was deep, Riker. That was deep."

He chuckled. "What can I say? I'm a deep person." Ashley rolled her eyes at her boyfriend, then directed her attention to me again.

"Maybe we can find Ross for you!" Ashley suggested. I shook my head. "That would be great but I don't want to bother you guys. He'll be here soon enough, hopefully." I said. They nodded their heads.

"Want something to eat?" Ashley asked. "Ya, I'm a little hungry." I said. "I'll grab something for you. Riker, keep her company." She demanded. "Ok, come back soon and be careful." Riker said, then kissed her quickly. She then disappeared into the hallway.

"Hey." I said softly as I laid my head against my pillow, my eyes beginning to droop. "Want to watch tv?" Riker asked. I nodded my head, then watched him grab the remote and turn on the flat screen.

He then sat next to me, and interlocked his hand with mine. "You ok?" He asked. I shook my head. "Not really. I don't want Ross to go through this for me." I said. "Well, he's crazy for you. He would do anything for you." Riker said. I smiled at his comment.

I turned to the tv, to find Austin and Ally on. Of course.

"I just, want to see you." 'Austin' said. "I want to see you too." 'Ally' said.

I rolled my eyes at the screen, then took out my phone which I haven't been on in days.

My phone was blown up with twitter and Instagram feed.

I saw a picture if myself in the hospital, and Ross posted it. I was still asleep, and my hand was gripping the tv remote.

"Going to give blood to this cutie, feel better sweetheart." He commented. I smiled, and I started to tear up. I truly miss him.

I checked to see how many minutes ago he posted it, just to see how long he was gone. One hour. How could he be gone that long?

I shrugged, thinking he might have gone somewhere and already gave his blood. I just hope he comes back soon.

Austin and Ally soon ended, then another show began that I don't even know the name of. I felt my eyes start to droop even more. The nurse was right, I won't be able to make it awake for more than an hour. I shut my eyes, but before I fell asleep, I heard riker say two words.

"Hi Ross."
