Sarah POV-

I got up, thinking I couldn't just cry for the rest of my life. I walked over to the kitchen, and made some boiling hot chocolate. When the liquid filled my cup, I walked back over the couch.

Before I could sit down, there was a banging on the door. "Open up!" The person yelled. "Who is it?" I asked, placing my cup on the table. "Amanda! And a... Special guest." She said. "Who?" I asked. "I'll show you if you open the door!" She yelled.

I walked towards the door, thinking if I should open it. My hand hovered of the knob, but then I stepped back, bolting up the stairs. "Fine!" I heard her yell, "I'll open it myself!"

I stood on the stairs, not knowing what to do. I saw the knob jiggle, until the door bursted open. I just saw Amanda, but then she pulled someone from the side, and I saw Ross.

"Ross!" I yelled. "Sarah!" He yelled back. It looked as if the side of his head was bloody. I walked towards him, but Amanda stopped me. She pulled out a pocket knife. "Take one more step and he dies." She said. I took a step back, and put my hands up.

"What do you want?" I spat. "Isn't it obvious? You dead." She spat back. "Ok, then let go of Ross." I said. "Sarah don't-" Ross started, but Amanda cut him off. "Shut up!" She hissed, "Go on."

"If you take me, I'll never run, I'll never fight, just like you want. Just please, let go of him." I implored. "Fine." She said. She cut the ropes that were tied on Ross's wrists, and he quickly ran over to me.

"Don't leave." He whispered. "I have to, and why do you care?" I asked. "I was wrong, I was just stressed. I-I didn't mean anything I said in the hospital. I still, and always will, love you." He said, placing both of his hands on my cheeks. "I love you too." I said. He leaned in and kissed my lips. "I'll find you." He said after he pulled away. "I'll probably be dead." I said.

Amanda pulled Ross away from me, and she walked behind me. She tied a rope tightly around my wrists, then out duct tape over my mouth.

"Just in case you get any ideas about following us." Amanda said as she tied Ross to a chair. I stood next to her, and saw something fall out of her pocket. The knife.

I hid it under my foot, hoping she wouldn't notice. "There." She said when she finished. "Let's go." She scowled to me. She grabbed my tied together wrists, and dragged me out the door. I kicked the knife to Ross, and he looked at me. I just nodded my head, and saw him for the very last time.

She threw me into her car, and locked the doors. "I've been waiting a long time for this." I heard her mumble, then she drove out of the driveway.
