*Leah's PoV*

I stood in the water that splashed onto the beach shoreline, only my feet getting wet in the salty L.A water. The sky had gotten darker since we got here and only a couple couples and families whrre scattered across the beach. The fading sun and rising moon shed it's light against the ocean, giving off a calmer vibe. I let out a sigh from my lips, watching as seagulls dove into the water and brought up fish in there mouths. Most likely to snack on so they wouldn't die.

I countinued to stare at the crystal colored water, some see weed getting pucked off the ground and traveling threw the waves and the ripples in the water. I could hear someone coming towards me do to there feet thumping against the sand. "Hey L" I heard Zach's calm voice next to me. I perked and looked over at him. I just waved and smiled softly, knowing that I can't talk. Like, I knew how to, I just dont want to. "This scene is a real beauty, is it not?" He hummed out softly, as I turned my gaze back to the water. I just hummed as my response, keeping my gaze towards the darkened sky. I swear I could hear hum murmmer something to himself, but I could not make out what he said with the sounds of the ocean right in my ear.

The only words I could make out were 'Not', 'beautiful' 'you' but I might have guessed two of them. They where muffled but these where the words its sounded like to me at least! I looked back over at him, to see him staring out into the water and the sky. I yelped when I felt a weight on my back, causing Zach to look at me and burst out laughing. I tried to look at who was on my back to see it was Jonah's friend,Tara. I heard Jack and Daniel laughing from far away and Jonah yelling. "Yes she did it!" Which caused me to roll my eyes.

I felt Tara get off me and I let out a small laugh from my mouth. "Sorrt to ruin your moment of staring into the sky and water. Jonah and Janiel told me to do it!" She apoligized which caused me to shrug. Knowing Zach he spoke what I ment to say if I had my notebook and pencil. "It's fine T, go have fun with Jonah. Im shipping it now. #Jara or #Tonah!" He laughed softly and the dirty blonde haired girl smiled wider. "Thanks you two!" She spoke up before racing back to the other three boys.  I watched as Zach after, waddled into the water, saying how cold it was but also how he wanted to swim. I laughed softly and followed after him, my heart racing slightly. Okay, I was still insecure about my body because of my scars and fading cuts and bruises but everyone didn't mind them. Because they all said it showed how brave I was and how strong I truly am.

Once the water was up to my belly button, and up to Zach's waist we began to just swim around. Zach splashing me mostly as I dove underwater most the time and collected seashells and ither things I found in the sand. I always did that when I came to the beach. There was never a time that I came home without a seashell bracelet, necklace ir bag filled with them. I dove underwater, but one thing caught my eye. A medium sized seashell. It had a cool pattern of swirls on it and the color looked to be a baby egg blue and white with specks of navy blue. It was half into the sand and half in the actual water. I quickly dugged it out and brought it back up to the surface, I took a breath of air as soon as we arrived at the top. Zach was watching me with an amused smile. I motioned him over and grabbed a small rock witg a sharp end. I made Zach hold the shell tightly. You know how if you went hard with a Rock on pavement it would make a white chalk. If you did it on a seashell it turned to be a blackish chalk. I quickly wrote something on the seashell and let Zach read it. 'LeAh waS HeRe' with a cute flower. Then under it read, 'ZaCh wAs HeRe' with a music note next to it. Once he read it I smiled. We both looked into the deeper water as I took the rock into my raised hand before throwing it farther into the ocean water.

One of our memories together.
