Onew x Reader (fluff)

"Are you sure you want to do this? Some fans will get really angry..." worried Jonghyun, giving Onew a serious look.

"I know, but for some fans, this will be the best thing they hear and I want to say it myself, before rumors start going around," Onew answered, shrugging with a smile on his face.

"Okay, the platform will rise! Good luck!" one of the staff members shouted, giving SHINee a thumbs up. The boys answered with the same gesture, before the platform took them up to meet with the beautiful Pearl Aqua Ocean.

The last song of the concert had been sung and the boys were now on the stage, standing next to eachother and thanking Shawols for attending and being there for them. Suddenly Onew spoke up.

"Before we end, I have some news. I know that not all of you will be happy about it, but I also know that a lot of you will."

At that, the arena fell more quiet and the lightsticks stopped moving. Some kind of fear was in the air.

"What I wanted to say, was..." Onew couldn't finish his sentence. He laughed nervously as he saw the lightsticks being still and heard everyone being dead silent. He glanced at the members who gave him reassuring smiles and nods.

"What I wanted to say, was that I have someone. I recently got married with a woman I love with all of my heart..."

He looked around and saw people waiting patiently, not even breathing.

"And a week ago... I mean..." he sighed and let out another nervous chuckle.

"A week ago, I became a father to a beautiful baby girl. I wanted to be the one to let you all know and I'm happy if you celebrate with me. I'm happy with my wife y/n and my newborn baby daughter. I understand if some of you didn't like what I said, but I believe that we all can support eachother not hurt eachother. I trust you, I always have and I always will."

With that he lowered the mike and tears startes forming in his eyes. He took a few steps back and disappeared from the stage.

The arena was still eerily quiet and the lightsticks were completely still.

Until Onew came back with a woman and a baby in his arms. At that moment, the whole arena went crazy. Shawols' cheerful screaming filled the air and were almost hurting the members' ears as the lightsticks were swaying in every direction. You covered your mouth in surprise, seeing how support you got. You glanced over to your daughter who was curious about the lights and followed them with her little eyes. Onew couldn't hold it in anymore and broke down on the stage. That made the fans scream even more. All the members rushed to Onew to calm him down and so did you. You all were laughing and hugging on the stage as poor Onew just couldn't hold back his tears.

But Shawols had more! The front rows slowly started the same pace with their lightsticks and yelled something in unison. Soon, a row after row started doing the same until their shouting got clearer.

"CHEER UP! CHEER UP! CHEER UP!"

All the members turned around and were completely silent. Onew raised his head and couldn't believe what was happening. The cheering got louder and louder and more and more lightsticks joined the pace. You felt your own tears filling your eyes.

At that Onew's smile got wide and he got flustered. The arena was filled with love, joy and happiness and Onew's tears were nothing more than a combination of these three things. He pulled you into his arms and gave you and your daughter each a kiss on the forehead.
