Never had Kunlun Mountain known such activity as it did the day Bai Qian and Ye Hua disappeared.  All day, Celestial Tribe missives arrived, and Kunlun Mountain missives were sent as the search for The Queen of Qing Qiu and The Celestials Crown Prince continued, with each side blaming the other for their disappearance.  And though Mo Yuan knew the reason for their departure, he was not going to inform the Celestial Tribe.  Let them spew, the thought to himself, still angry over their treatment of Die Feng and his own Qian Qians disappearance with that Celestial Bastard, conveniently forgetting he too was a Celestial.

When the arrival of an aerial army arrived from the Celestial Tribe which stationed itself just outside Kunlun Mountains grounds, Mo Yuan immediately ordered their own into the air within Kunlun Mountains grounds. Both armies faced off, as the search intensified.

Only her mother knew where she was, and not being one to repeat secrets, no one was going to learn of their whereabouts from her. Though Mo Yuan strongly suspected she knew. But seeing as she didn't seem at all perturbed by her daughters disappearance, he tried not to worry.

But he knew too, if they didn't find them soon, he would not be able to hold back from asking her directly, nor would he be able to prevent the clashing of the two aerial armies as minor skirmishes on the ground had already begun, with their generals busting for a fight.  Some of them even openly antagonizing his disciples to make the first move.

As far as Celestial Tibe were concerned, their Crown Prince and the next Skylord had gone missing, and it was a Kunlun Mountain Disciple who had taken him.  The same one that left a trail of dead bodies in their own Palace grounds.  If he didn't show soon, Mo Yuan knew, he would not be able to hold them back.

It was when a feisty Celestial general gave the order for his own army to amass directly in front of the main entrance, that Mo Yuan immediately ordered his armies into the 8 formations he had already prepared the day before with the clan rulers, before sending a Golden Dragon Flare into the sky above Kunlun Mountain to warn the Celestials that should they continue to antagonize his men, he would unleash them and there would be no quarter given.

The flare was an amazing sight to see for to all on the ground, as its fiery body and fierce fire breathing face soared and roared above them all, before exploding thunderously above their heads causing the ground to shake violently beneath them.

He then ordered his front line soldiers to surround the entrance and his aerial soldiers to cover them.

They waited.

Bai Qian faced Ye Hua. Today, would be their first day of their remaining seven day Marriage Trial and she would set the record straight with him, before they went any further, even if it took all seven days to do so.

"Ye Hua. What you and I shared at Kunlun Mountain was a spiritual connection, but it is not fate. My fate is with Mo Yuan." she told him earnestly.

Turning slightly, to look at him, she could see him contemplating her words but his eyes had darkened, so taking his hand she continued. "Ye Hua, I have no memories of your spirit within the lotus. My love for your lotus form, was an extension of Mo Yuans love for you. And it was his love for you, that made me want to protect and nurture you."

"Qian Qian don't..... " but Bai Qian rose and stood at the window looking out at the cold gray view ignoring his attempt to interrupt her.

Sighing she looked back at him as she sat lightly on the ledge. "Ye Hua. When Mo Yuan told me of your true form and his connection to you, I cried." she smiled at him. "Not because of my love for you, but his love for you." she said. "He was ecstatic to learn you had been born, he wanted to meet you immediately, but having just arrived, he was weak and in no condition to travel far."
