The Wedding Preparations. Part 1.
The Wedding preparations were well under way and with only a month to go, tasks were fast being completed as Mo Yuans Disciples tackled every one of them with the same precision and dedication they put towards their studies, though it was by far the most fun they had ever had.
Hearing raucous laughter coming from the grand hall and Zhi Lans yelling over the top of it, with Bai Qians mother ordering them all to stop as she too let out peals of laughter of her own, Mo Yuan quickly made his way to the hall to see what was going on, and on entry, he too began to laugh.
Having already sent Bai Qian back with Zhe Yan to select the wine she would want, there was no stopping her mother now from doing what she had to do. Standing on top of one of the low seats, wearing Bai Qians wedding dress, as her mother made alterations, Zhi Lan looked as if he were about to cry. Being the smallest one there, and the closest to Bai Qians size, her mother was adjusting and readjusting the dress, before a final fitting on Bai Qian could be done. She wanted the dress to be as perfect as possible before then. And Zhi Lan was not happy to be the model for it.
Not only had he been made to model the dress in full view of his seniors, many of them were openly giving him suggestive looks, while others were poking at the two rolled up towels Bai Qians mother had stuffed down the front of the dress. And if that wasn't enough, Cheng Bao thought it would be a good idea to lift the hem and caress his ankles amidst gales of loud laughter.
"Bai Qian is going to owe me big time for this." he informs her mother amid more laughter. He would never live this down he thought to himself unhappily, but before he knew it, it was over before it had begun, and he was finally released, before it was Die Feng and Huan Gui's turn, Mo Yuans 8th disciple.
Immediately leading the two into Mo Yuans chamber, she had both boys lie down on the bed side by side, as she measured in and around them for the wedding quilt, that would be heavily embroidered. It needed to fit the bed over the two bodies without overlapping edges of the bed, as there had to be enough room for the valance that would sit beneath it.
And being the most senior did not stop the rowdy suggestions and loud laughter as they too had to undergo the humiliation of being wedding preparation models. And if that wasn't enough, she had 8 boys hold up the matching surrounding wedding curtains that would be hung about the bed, amid even more laughter and bitter cries from the two boys.
"Ok, thats enough." her mother gently chided them as she ordered the boys off the bed, both of them red faced and looking as if they could kill.
"Because Feng Jiu is tied up in Qing Qiu with her own tasks, you will all have to assist me with the rest of the preparations." she informs them, which instantly silences their laughter and brings out a sounding gale of laughter of her own as she takes in their shocked, wide eyed expressions.
Though their shock soon turned to delight, when each boy was fitted with a stunning robe of Forest Green with gold trim, that each would wear to collect the Bride. Then another fitting for their groomsmen robes of Royal Purple and lavender trim, both favorite colors of the Bride and Groom and each robe came with ornate intertwined Dragon and Fox pins for their hair. And not only were they delighted with the new robes, they would be allowed to keep them as wedding gifts from Mo Yuan and Bai Qian.

Feng Jiu had been given the task of 'The Keeper of Memories.' And that involved attending as many preparation events as she could within Qing Qiu. Her memories would then be locked into a large dense Quartz Crystal as the wedding gift from The Fox Clan.
