Amy's POV
-=-=-=-=-=-=-I let my gaze rest on Felix as his tears poured down his cheeks.
"Felix, what did you do?" I ask quietly.
"I-I," He stuttered over his words as his hushed cries made him take harsh breaths, "I don't w-want you t-to hate me."
He wiped his tears and choked back his tears before locking his eyes with mine.
"Amy, promise me you won't hate me.." He softly cried.
"Felix, I wouldn't hate you, please just tell me.." I replied giving him a slight smile.
He took a deep breath and closed his eyes to hold back tears.
Mark's Pov
-=-=-=-=-=-=-My eyes shift over the dull hospital room as my slumber slips away. My gaze rests on a sleeping green-haired man sitting in a chair across the room. The ghost of a smile hints at my cheeks as my thoughts recollect. I need to tell my mom, but I don't want to lose her again.
Jack is so important to me, but my mom gave me my existence.
I close my eyes and let out a sigh trying to think about the good times.
"Mark? Are you up yet?" A soft voice echos slightly in the small room.
I open my eyes and look at Jack.
"Yah, I just got up a few seconds ago." I softly spoke trying not to think that much about our fight the other day.
"I'm glad that you're okay, Mark, I really am. I just wish you would tell your mom already." He replied looking down at the floor where his feet occupy.
"Jack, it's not that easy, she would leave me again, I don't want to lose her like I did before."
Silence fills the room as our eyes not dare lock with one another. Faint footsteps heard from the seemingly empty halls. A slight knock at the door answered with a simple "Come in."
The door opens slightly as my Mom walks in.
"Hey Mark, I just wanted to come to say how great of a girl Amy is." My mom says smiling at me slightly.
I look over at Jack to see him get out of his seat and turn to the door.
"Jack wait." I blurt out as I sit up slightly.
He turns around to look at me before saying in a slightly frustrated tone, "What is it Mark?"
"Mom." I say as I look at her, "Promise you won't hate me."
She quickly replies, "I could never hate you."
I take a deep breath and closed my eyes to recollect my thoughts.
"Jack is my b-boyfriend." I softly mutter under my breath just loud enough for her to hear.
Jack smiled slightly and walked over to the hospital bed to kiss my forehead.
Her eyes wondered between Jack and I before she sighed softly.
"That's wonderful, Amy is really nice, but I don't think she's your type. I didn't want to say that at first."
I let my eyes cloud with tears as a slight smile pulls at my cheeks.
"I love you, Mom." I managed to whimper out.
"I love you too, Mark." She replied sweetly.
