I was fine

With the men who would come into her life know and again

Snow Lily was completely silent as he stood over your grave. Where had he gone wrong? Old Child had once warned him not to fall in love, but he couldn't help that. You were the love of of his life, but he wasn't yours.

That they didn't really matter until you

Lily thought back to the past, to when you had met him. You were twenty years old, you met because you were Mikuni and Misono's cousin. Mikado had introduced you six years  ago, when you were still alive.

"Lily," Mikado called him. "I want you to meet someone."

He turned his attention over to Mikado and the girl next to him, she had beautiful (H/C) hair and (E/C) eyes. "Hello," she greeted. 

"This is (Y/N) (L/N)," He introduced her. "She's my niece." Lily smiled politely and held out his hand.

"Nice to meet you, (Y/N)," He said. "My name is Snow Lily, but you can call me whatever you like." He pulled down his sleeve, but Mikado through a book at him to make him stop as you turned your head in a different direction, your face turning red.

"Not in front of my precious niece!" Mikado scolded him.

Later, you two began to talk more in a friendly conversation while Mikado left to do work. He felt comfortable talking to you about his problems, especially what had happened a year before.

"You know," You began. "Misono will need to find out some day."

"But what will happen?" Lily questioned. "Will he hate me? Besides, Mikado said he would tell him when he became an adult."

"Lily," You addressed him. "When is uncle going to consider him an adult?"

"What?"

"To uncle, Misono and..." You paused. "Misono will always be a child to him, but you never know when Misono will question you about it. When he starts asking questions about it, you know he's ready." Lily fell silent as he realized you were right. If Misono actually put thought into asking questions and trying to find out what happened that night, he'll be ready.

"Thank you, (Y/N)."

Four years later, you and Lily had become great friends. He often flirted with you, but you just thought it was him joking around. But you didn't realize he had taken a fancy to you, that he loved you. But then you met him. You had met a man who worked for Mikado, a man named Lawrence.
