You are a little different from other girls your age... In one way or another. Your eyes were completely white, no pupils or irises. You weren't blind, your white eyes were just considered to be "odd" among people. You usually just stayed home, you were homeschooled, and you never left your house from beyond the back garden.

You were doing just that when you met him. It was late March, or probably early April and the sun shined bright on the flowers blooming in the garden. You sat at a little table and read a book, reading word after word. You had read this book before, two times, in-fact, but it kept you entertained. But, the peaceful stillness was interrupted by a red ball flying over the brick wall separating the world from your garden. You put down the book and walked over to the ball, picking it up and staring at it.

Where did this come from? You contemplated in your mind as you looked at the wall.

"Hey!" You heard a male voice shout. You look up near the wall, it was coming from the other side. "Anyone there?" You stayed silent, your father had told you never to talk to anyone outside the family.

"Brother," A younger voice whined. "Where's the ball?"

"It went over the wall."

"Then go get it!"

"What if I'm caught?" Says the older voice. "They'll think I'm trespassing!"

"But, brother!" Begged the younger voice.

You said nothing as you stared at the wall as you asked yourself a thousand questions per second. Should I speak up? Should I climb over the wall and give them their ball? Should I go get father? Or stay silent?

Will you be able to get a glimpse of other people?

You've never really met any other people besides your father and your maid, Diana. You always wanted to see other people, not the same faces your whole life. You decided to take this chance.

You climbed up the wall, the vines giving you aid to elevate yourself. You get to the top of the wall and jump down, you land on your feet but you lose your footing and fall down. The boys snap your attention to you as you get off the ground, you brush of the dirt from your clothes and walk closer to them. One was a tall boy with blonde, unkempt hair, and a smaller violet-haired boy standing next to him. You put your hands out, holding the ball, but the boys weren't taking it.

"Um, this is your ball, right...?" You question.

"Uh, yeah, it is... our ball." The blonde replied. He takes it from your grasp. "Thanks."

"Miss...!" The little boy addressed you. "Why are your eyes white?"

"Misono!" The blonded scolded his brother.

"It's fine." You answer, looking back at the child. "He's just curious... Let's just say I'm not like other people, and leave it at that, okay?"

Misono started laughing and smiling, he looked up to his brother. "She's funny!"

"Uh... sure... funny." He says reluctantly.

It has been three days since you last saw the boys, you only knew the younger brother's name, which is Misono. But you never got the other boy's name.

But one afternoon, a familiar red ball flew over the wall yet again. You pick it up and climb over the wall, on foot after the other on the thick vines. You jump over the ledge and land on your feet, once again seeing the blonde brother from the other day.

"Lost your ball again, I see?" You remarked as you gave him the ball.

"Yeah..." He said. Scratching his head, he smirked. "But I did that on purpose."
