Over the past couple months the baby has been growing which has made Orion distant. He is unhappy about how I'm having another man's child and being so willing to keep it. He doesn't say it, but I know that is what he is thinking. I hate that Cain has done this to me... I have to stop him!

But how can I? I mean he's already made me pregnant which is not possible because we never did it. It's did frustrating!

"Artemis?" I look up and see Orion peeking his head into the room. His voice hollow and eyes tired, I hate what I've done to him. "I just came to tell you dinner is ready."

"Oh ok I'm coming." Orion watches me as I slowly get up. He doesn't make a move to help me, just watches me with sad eyes. Once I'm finally up I make my way over to him. As I get closer I see the true sadness and pain in his eyes. He hates this. He might even hate me...

We walk down the hallway together. I want to grab his hand and feel the warmth I have missed. It's so unfair! I can't even see my feet anymore because of this pregnancy and I....

"Ahhhhhh!" Horrible shooting pain breaks through my whole body, as if crushing my spine.

"Oh no... The baby." Orion whispers. He picks me up and within seconds I am on a bed in the hospital wing with the Doctor frantically moving around me.

"Ahhh! It hurts... god it hurts!" I cry out in pain, tears rushing down my face.

"Doc I swear if you hurt her I will rip you apart!" Orion screams shacking the walls. I smile a little at his protectiveness over me. I've missed it so much.

"Ok Luna... This is going to hurt but I need you to push. Ok?" His voice is distant but I do as he says. "One... Two... Three ... Push!"

Pain engulfs my whole body. I feel nothing but pain. Orion's hand wraps around mine but it does nothing to ease the pain. Black spots dot my vision, slowing overtaking my eyes in darkness. Everything is muffled as if it is being talked through a pillow, but just as I fall into the darkness I hear one thing.

"Oh my lord... It's twins."
