3 hours before the wedding

My wedding day was all a big blur, but my memory of it was still pretty fresh in my mind. I remembered the rush and all the laughs before the wedding day.

I remember being so nervous that I could feel my heartbeat pounding through my chest. My hands were slightly shaking and turning very cold.

I didn't have to worry about my make-up or my hair. Everything was planned out for that day. We had people helping us with everything and people that made sure the whole thing would be perfect.

The wedding was going to take place in a small town in Spain. It was near the beach, where we'd be eating afterwards.

"Alright! Everything's ready!" The assistant exclaimed, clapping her hands together. I looked myself in the mirror and gasped at how good my make-up looked.

"Oh my" I giggled, rising from my chair to hug her. She hugged back smiling, and helped me get in the car. Soon, we'd be arriving at the place.

"Did you send the invitations?" I heard someone say.

"Yes"

"All members of both families included?"

"Yes, ma'am"

My eyebrows furrowed. All members? I thought. The image of Grayson instantly flashed my mind. Did Grayson know?

My hands were very, very cold at that instance. An old habit I've always had whenever I felt really, really nervous. I kept thinking he was going to be there, watching me get married to his twin brother.

So as soon as I walked down the isle and the music began playing, I looked at everyone I could in the face. Once realizing they weren't Grayson, I would just flash them a small awkward smile.

Part of me wanted him to be here, but the other part of me didn't. It would just open the healed wounds, if I ever got to see him hurt again. I didn't want that happening.

My gaze finally looked up, to see Ethan smiling at me. His eyes full of tears. Happy tears.

I smiled too, despite the fact, that my heart kept calling somebody else.
