"Bye"I sigh as I hang up the call and put my phone in my pocket. Lui had just invited me to go out with him, his girlfriend, and some of our friends. Of course I said yes. We're supposed to meet at Craig's house so I quickly get ready and head out the door. After about 10 minutes I arrive at Craig's and park my car. "Y/N!"I hear a familiar female voice exclaim as I exit my car. 

I look at the door and realize it was Kelly, Tyler's girlfriend and my best friend. "Hi Kelly!"I exclaim with a smile as I walk up to the house and hug her. After our little greeting I walk inside and instantly spot Lui with his girlfriend, Emily. "Hey guys"I say and they both smile at me. "Y/N! How are you?"Emily asks and I force a smile before answering. "I"m great"I reply, lying through my teeth trying to hide the truth. Lui almost immediately notices but he doesn't say anything. 

"Hey hot stuff what's on your mind?"I hear a familiar voice whisper in my ear and I look up to see Evan with a soft joking smile on his face. I playfully shove him away and he chuckles before throwing an arm around my shoulders. "Why does he have to love her?"I ask quietly and Evan sighs.

"I don't know princess"Evan whispers before kissing the top of my head. "I just want him to realize it Evan. I want him to realize I love him"

I hear a knock on my door and I groan before getting up to answer. As soon as I open the door my heart drops. There stand Lui with tears streaming down my face. "Lui, what happened? Come inside and sit down"I say softly as I pull him inside and shut the door.

"She cheated"he sobs and pulls me into a hug. I tense up slightly before hugging him back. "I'm so sorry Lui"I whisper softly and he buries his face in my neck. "I love her Y/N why would she do this?"he sobs and I feel my heart break.

"I don't know Lui"I say softly and he sniffles before pulling away from me. "Why can't she be more like you? You're nice"he mumbles and I sigh as he walks to my living room. "Why can't you love me back?"I whisper before following where he went.

"We're engaged!"Emily squeals and I feel my heart stop. Kelly looks at me with wide eyes and I feel as though the world is collapsing around me. "You and Lui... Are engaged?"Jaclyn says slowly and Emily nods. "Congrats"I choke out before running out of the room.

I run until I find Evan and he looks at me with a sorrowful look. I burst into tears and he wraps his arms around me. "I'm sorry"he says and I hold onto him tightly. He let's out a sigh after a while and I look up at him confused.

"I wish I could help you"he whispers and I stare into his dark brown eyes. "Make me forget"I whisper and he looks at me slightly confused. "How do I do that?"he asks and as soon as the words leave his mouth, he realizes what I mean.

"Are you sure?"he asks softly and I nod as I wipe the tears from my face. "Please"I whisper and before I can do anything else his lips are pressed against mine.

"So you and Evan, huh?"Lui mumbles and I nod. "Kind of"I say with a small smile. "Why didn't I know you like him?"he mumbles and I shrug. "All you ever worry about is Emily anymore"I whisper before walking off.

"He broke up with me"Emily sobs and Jaclyn tries to comfort her. "Good"Simone whispers in my ear and I have to stop myself from smiling. "I'm sorry"Kelly says and glances at me before flashing a smile.

"Go get him"Kelly whispers and I nod before running out. Evan and I didn't really work out but obviously we're still friends. I head to Lui's house and knock on his door before waiting for him to answer. When the door opens I gasp. He didn't look too good.

"Lui.."I whisper and he throws his arms around me. "I thought I lost you"he whispers and I hug him tightly. "You'd never lose me"I say softly and he looks up at me with teary eyes. "I'm sorry I didn't pay enough attention to you"he whispers and I smile slightly.

"It's fine Lui"I say softly and kiss his cheek. "Okay"

"Y/N!"Lui exclaims and I chuckle before turning to look at him. "What Lui?"I ask and he smiles at me. "Can I talk to you? In Private?"He says in his squeaker voice and I nod. He grabs my hand and softly pulls me to my room.

"I have something important to tell you"He says and I chuckles before motioning for him to continue. "I like, no love, this girl and I don't know how to tell her. I need your help"he says and I feel my heart drop.

"Oh okay"I say forcing a smile and he smiles softly. "Can I practice with you? I don't know what to say so I need help"he says and I nod slowly before running a hand through my hair. "I don't mind, You can practice with me"I say softly and he chuckles.

"I know this may seem random and maybe a little awkward but I really like you. No, I love you. I've never felt this way about anyone, not even Emily. My heart always speeds up around you and I can't help but smile and be giddy. I know I should have Noticed it sooner. I should have known it was hurting you. Now I know though. I have fallen head over heels for you at this point so please tell me you feel the same"He says and I feel my heart speed up.

"You need to tell them exactly what you told me Lui"I whisper and he chuckles before grabbing my face softly. "I just did"As soon as the words leave his mouth, his lips are on mine.
