Everything Happens for a Reason- A Jemi Love Story

"Make way, the queen is coming through!" Joe shouts as he makes his way out the hotel Demi stood behind him hid from every angle. They all look at him strangely as Demi is practically laughing  her head of behind him.

"Hey Lovatics!" Demi greets loudly making her fans roar knowing she is out there but at the same time confused why she is with Joe, they haven't heard of her breaking up with Wilmer and they would like to think she wouldn't move on quickly. Demi is surprised they didn't hear her laughing before when she was laughing at what Joe had said when they walked out. Joe manages to get Demi through the crowd without any problems. Once they get into the car Demi holds her hand up for a high 5 and he chuckles giving her one. Joe doesn't want to be the one who caused the very famous Demi Lovato to get hurt unlike her old security members.

"Where we going then?" Joe questions placing his hands down on his lap, Demi smiles slightly noticing the nervousness with his actions, especially when he starts playing with his fingers which are still on his lap.

"Interview, you don't need to be nervous, all you need to do is get me in and out of places." Demi says and he looks at her his eyebrows furrowing together. Is he really showing of his emotions that much, Demi laughs at him nodding her head as if she read his mind, we all know that isn't  possible.

"I guess I never really had a proper job before, Football is just basically turning up to practice and games, this will be harder." Joe expresses.

"You'll get the hang of it," Demi encourages and Joe even cracks her a small smile, he will do this though not just for Demi to keep her safe but also for his girls back home. He wants to give Sadie the best life possible and he can only do that if he has a well paid job which this one is, all he has to do is make sure a girl gets from A to b safely and stay close during interviews in-case anything were to happen to her yet he believes he will sure screw it up just like he did with his dream career."It will be fun on tour." Demi states.

"Even when you have to wake up at 2 in the morning because my daughter is crying?" Joe teases and she groans.

"Maybe I should have rethought that," She complains and he laughs. "I'm joking, I don't mind."

"She doesn't really have a loud cry so you should be safe." Joe states and she can't help but smile at the idea of sharing her home for a couple of months with a baby.

"I bet she is adorable." Demi admits, he smiles this time bring out his I phone showing her a picture of his week old daughter. She awes grabbing the phone so she can have a closer look seeing a family picture of who she presume is his Fiancé as well. Scarlett is sat down on a chair holding Sadie which Joe is leaning over just getting captured into the picture. It's saved as his lock screen so he can show everyone his amazing daughter.

"She looks like you." Demi admits and Joe smiles.

"Is that a compliment?" Joe teases gaining a smack on his chest from Demi. He pretends to look hurt bringing up his hand to where she hit him. She just bursts out laughing again making him chuckle too just loving the sound of her laugh. Demi's laugh is unique, Joe hadn't heard anyone with anything near the sound of her laugh and he loves it. He can really see himself becoming good friends with her which he thinks will help him keep the job.

"How long you been with Scarlett?" Demi questions passing him his phone back which finds its way into his pocket. She took his phone number and put her own in his under Queenie since she adores the nick name already.

"We got together when we were about 15 but it didn't get serious until at least senior year if not a little bit later." Joe explains and Demi smiles at his reaction when he talks about her, his reaction just changed completely and for a god reason. She can tell how much he loves her just by the way he talks about her and she hasn't even seen him with her yet.
