Episode 34

Sorry Late update! My obsession for sims is really becoming unhealthly. I really don't know where the time went, I haven't even had lunch and it's nearly 5pm over here haha

Demi wakes up the next morning laid on Joe's bare chest which is rising up and down at a steady pace, she can't help but smile at the memories of last night. She finally admitted her feelings towards Joe surprised that he would feel the same so quickly after his fiancé died and the fact that she is pregnant. They hadn't done much all night but kiss, they were meant to be watching a film but it never got watched. Demi gets out of Joe's grip smiling when he rolls over calming down again in his sleep, she walks over to the crib seeing Sadie awake up content, she smiles up at Demi once she noticed that she was there. Demi mirrors her smile leaning down picking her up, she makes her way downstairs laying her in the crib down there so she won't disturb Joe.  She makes herself breakfast and a coffee just in time for Sadie to start crying, she quickly makes up a bottle picking her up beginning to feed her so she would calm down and not wake her dad up.

"Hey mom." Joe greets giving her a kiss on the on the cheek and a hug, Denise hugs her son back while trying to get a glance at her granddaughter in the stroller. Joe can't help but laugh holding her tighter so she couldn't pull away and have a look in a teasing kind of way. Demi laughs too smacking him gently on the back.

"Joseph!" Denise lectures and he chuckles pulling away.

"I haven't seen my own mother in months and all she want is to see my daughter, I know where I'm not wanted." Joe jokes walking into the house. Denise and Demi laugh as Denise looks down into the stroller not believing how big see's gotten again, she leans down into the stroller bringing her into her arms helping Demi pull the stroller through the door.

"Has he been alright with the death then?" Denise questions.

"Um the first couple of days after the funeral was tough but I think he's starting to get over it." Demi confesses placing Sadie's pacifier in her mouth.

"I was thinking he may need counselling but he seems to have gotten used to it quicker than I though." Denise admits.

"He has his off days but he seems quite happy today." Demi explains.

"It's because he's going to see me." Nick teases giving her a hug, Demi hugs back laughing slightly, Demi had gotten to know everyone when they came to stay when they were on tour but she'd say she's talked to Nick more afterwards.

"I'm sure that was the reason Nicholas." Denise states passing Sadie to him.

"Wow is this the same baby?" Nick questions and they both laugh again.

Joe sits down next to Demi who has Sadie laying along the crease of her legs later on that day after they have had lunch all together. Joe had just finished washing up for his parents when he walked through giving Demi a peck on the lips. Demi is a little bit confused with what they are, he hadn't asked her out yet so she just doesn't know what to class them as. She wants to be his girlfriend but doesn't want to be played so if he won't ask soon she'll refuse to kiss him until he admits his true feelings for her.

"Your mom is a good cook." Demi admits.

"She always has been, we keep telling her to open her own restaurant now we're all grown up but she won't." Joe explains and Demi awes. They both look down at Sadie when she makes a cooing noise, Joe chuckles leaning down tickling her tummy. That was when she started laughing, Joe and Demi smiling knowing that was the first time they had heard her laugh.

"That is the most adorable thing I've ever seen." Demi admits.

"I don't know, her smile is cute as well." Joe states leaning back on his chair.

"That's because she has your smile." Demi observed.

"Your flirting with me Queenie." Joe teases Demi smiling at the nickname she hadn't heard in a while.
