Xavier walked into his room slamming the door behind him angry at himself for leaving Serenity downstairs, the way she looked at him as if she were waiting and wanting for him to touch her. "Fuck," he yelled slamming his hand against the wall cracking it. He watched as the dry wall fell to the ground and his blood smear the hole. This woman was getting to him way more than when they met centuries ago. He had no one else to blame but his own. He should've sent her away with Ian, but he couldn't part with her, not again and he would protect her anyway necessary, even if that meant controlling his lust for her. Xavier sighed walking to the bathroom and wrapped his hand in a towel noticing he wasn't healing as fast as he should. He needed blood but he couldn't leave Serenity here alone, and he sure as hell couldn't tell her what he was because it'll only make things worse for her. He shook his head pulling on his leather jacket. He'd just have to trust that she wouldn't leave he decided as he headed back downstairs where he saw Serenity cleaning up the living room. "I'm going out, you are not to leave this house." He heard Serenity sigh but she didn't say anything more as he left the house the door shutting with a soft click. Xavier climbed into his black mustang watching the house listening intently as Serenity walked up the stairs, and into her room. When and only when the door of her room close did he peel away so that he could feed and build his strength up.

Serenity watched as Xavier peeled out of the driveway in a hurry after he left her alone in the living room. He was going to kiss her she knew it but he didn't. He left her standing there looking like an idiot. She pulled back the room curtains and watched as the dust disappeared and she was alone, Serenity ran out of her room and down stairs she needed to find a phone. She needed to get away and leave wherever she was. The only way to do that was to get in touch with Grayson. She ran down the hall her reflection bouncing off the shiny marble walls and floors. Her feet hit quickly as she went into Xavier's office, she had to move fast or she'd get caught. She ran up to the room her heart hammering against her ribs as she saw that the room was completely bare. "What the hell?" she whispered to herself, how could this room be empty when Xavier was in here every single day?  "Serenity." A deep voice whispered but no one was there, it was just her in the entire house. "Serenity!" the voice got louder and louder. "Draco?" Serenity whispered, a dark laugh filtered through the room sending chills down her back as the room went from nothing to covered in blood and a tall man stood in front of her. His eyes were black holding no sorrow or remorse as he pulled a heart away from a mans chest. "This isn't real." Serenity said backing away from him. Draco tssked under his breath throwing the slowly beating heart to the side of the room. Serenity watched as Draco walked over to her large fangs hanging past his mouth covered in blood a smirk moving across his mouth. "I'm very real my sweet," he whispered running his hand over her cheek, his cold touch shocked her as he smeared blood across her face to her mouth down to her throat. She couldn't move her heart was pounding to hard and fear crippled her. "You're mine," he said laughter in his voice. Serenity blinked rage suddenly overshadowing her fear. She gripped his wrist crushing the bone, his howl of pain vibrated through the house breaking the mirror and the windows, he pulled away from her his black eyes turning red. Serenity wiped at her mouth before running out of the room. Dark curses followed after her, the anger she felt at him heated her body up, too much. A sweat broke out over her skin and her bones in her back cracked causing her pain and she fell to the floor screaming. What was happening to her? Her back arched and bones came through her skin, blood ran down her sides her body was on fire. Literally she was being burned alive. "Serenity?" A deep voice said and Serenity saw Xavier as he ran inside the house his jacket torn to shreds his face was pale and long teeth peeked out of his mouth past his lips. She moved backwards not wanting to be anywhere near him. "G-get away from me." she breathed trying but failing not to panic as she looked at her own reflection. Her eyes were orange and grey and large wings stood behind her. They were bony and covered in flames the same color as her eyes, orange and grey. Her face was shallow and her hair was falling at her waist in black as ash waves at her waist. "What am I?" she screamed panic rising in her. She was a monster, no wonder Draco wanted her she was just like him. Strong arms banded around her and Serenity met Xavier's gaze as he pulled her away from her own reflection. "You'll be fine." he whispered as her body became weak and she passed out the pain becoming too much for her. It was all becoming too much for her.
