Xavier sighed to himself as he drove down the large winding road that lead to the plantation house barley glancing at Serenity. He knew that she was afraid of their world and afraid of him but he also knew that a part of her was slowly starting to remember their past. That she was starting to remember him and their relationship. Xavier clenched his teeth gripping the steering wheel tightly listening as it cracked in his hands. "Whoa, Incredible Hulk chill it with the wheel." Serenity said breaking his from his thoughts and his anger towards the shitty luck they had. "Sorry." He gritted out stopping the car at the house, "This is where we're staying?" Xavier nodded shutting off the car and turning to Serenity. "Athena is blind so she'll touch your face to know who you are. Her husband Alister is one of the worlds oldest vampires so don't freak out if you see him feeding." Serenity stared at him her blue eyes wide, "Is he the one who turned you or?" her question drifted off and she bit her lip as if she said something wrong. "No he didn't turn me. I turned a little while ago. The first time you died." Xavier said softly before climbing out of the car.  Serenity sat there a minute wondering if something happened that he wasn't telling her, but she didn't dwell on it because he was at her door opening it for her to follow him inside.

"Xavier." Serenity said before they could knock. He turned to her his golden brown eyes hiding whatever emotion he was feeling, making her swallow hard. "I just wanted to thank you. For protecting me and dealing with my mess of a life." Xavier sighed running his hand up her side to her face pushing back the curl that escaped her pony tail. His touch was gentle and it sent shocks radiating through her body making her feel warm and wanting to get closer to him. "Don't thank me for something I will and always have done Serenity," he said moving away from her to knock on the door leaving her standing there. Her heart racing and her cheek warm from the gentleness of his touch. The door opened showing a tall slender woman with hair white and silver eyes. She was gorgeous to say the least and a tall man stood behind her, like a lion guarding his queen, his dark hair was tangled around his head and his eyes were a deep brown almost black. "Xavier," the man said his deep baritone voice said showing the two were acquainted with one another. "Alister, Athena," Xavier said letting Athena guide her fingers over his face. A pang of jealousy hit Serenity randomly as she watched the woman touch her man. Wait not her man, she had no right to be jealous and the woman was married. "Ahh how you grown sweet child." Athena said as a mother would tell her child. "Thank you Athena." Xavier said smiling and pointing the woman in Serenity's direction. "This is Serenity," he said placing the woman's hand on her face. The coolness of her palm made Serenity jump but stand still. "That can't be right." Athena said placing her other hand on Serenity's face moving them up to her temples holding her head tightly. Serenity gasped as her head started to ache and her vision began to blur together.

Laughter filled the air as Serenity gently kissed Xavier her heart warm for the first time in a while. "You are so beautiful," Serenity whispered against Xavier's lips. "My love I am a man I can't be beautiful." Serenity rolled her eyes running her hands through the soft strands of his black hair sighing softly. "You will always be beautiful to me, being a man or not."

Serenity gasped falling to the floor as Athena kept her hands on place against Serenity's head. She could hear Xavier shouting in the distance but she couldn't see him the pain was too intense for her. The images in her head ran together too fast blending into one another rapidly making it difficult for Serenity to really lock in on anything. Then just as fast as the pain came it disappeared. Leaving Serenity panting on the floor. "What did you do Athena?" Xavier demanded bending next to Serenity pulling her into his arms and pulling her to her feet. "I just gave her back all the memories that were lost. She now knows of her past lives and of her powers. It'll be troubling for Draco due to the bond they have but the bond will and can be easily broken."

"How?" Xavier demanded as Serenity tried to get her breath back.                                                      "You have to mate with her. Before the bond becomes too strong and it can't be broken."
