Chapter 7

*In the morning*

When I woke up, I found the window open but before I tell Alisa about it, she briefly said that she opened it in the middle of the night.

She was stuttering, though.

I didn't pay much attention but I knew that she had kind of started believing me.

*At the college*

That day we went to college by bike.

When we arrived there, I looked around me looking for those 'boys' but they were nowhere to be seen.

A few minutes later we saw James and Kendall coming in our direction.

"Hey boys! How ya doin'?" I asked, smiling.

"Personally, I feel great now that you're here, baby girl!" James was always that caring.

"Aww!! I love you!"

"I love you too!"

James, then, hugged me and kissed me.

"Get a room you two!" Kendall yelled, playfully.

"Ha.ha. Very funny Kendall!" The sarcasm clear in my voice.

"Oh trust me Kathie! It was funny!" Of course Alisa was going to support Kendall.

"Anyway, we wanted you to know that Logan left London yesterday!" Kendall informed.

"Where'd he go?" Alisa was the first one to ask.

"He went to France!" James answered.

'When will he be back?" 

"No one knows! He didn't say anything!"

The time passed quite fast while we were talking..

The bell rang and we went to our classrooms.

At that period I was all alone.

I couldn't concentrate, though.

I asked my teacher to go out for a while to get some fresh air as I was feeling pretty dizzy and my vision was blurry.

I went to the local park by bike because it was quite far on foot.

I sat down on the grass, feeling a bit free. The air was whistling and the birds were singing as the leaves were falling down from the trees.

I still had Zayn's driving license so I put it out of my pocket.

I looked at it as weird thoughts were rushing through my mind.

I saw something moving behind a bush near me.

I put the driving license back inside and I got closer to the bush when a huge wolf appeared in front of me.

It was staring at me and I noticed something really strange.

I was looking into its eyes and I felt like looking into Logan's eyes.

They were so similar.

"Logan?!" I stood there in awe of what I was seeing.

The wolf started running really fast when I said that name.

I shouted again but it was gone in the woods.

I turned around to leave but that's when I saw 'them'.

The bad boys who think they can have everything whenever.

They were in their car. Without giving it a second thought, I got on my bike and followed them.

I was going as fast as I could but they were way too fast. I lost them but I knew where they were going..

They were going to that fort..

When I was finally there, I saw them talking in the fort.

I quickly walked closer and I looked through the window noticing they were more that time.

I was trying to listen to their conversation.

There was an older man there. He was full of anger when he was talking.

"The only way for our secret, which we keep safe for so many centuries, not to be revealed is to make those girls like us." The man said.

"What are you talking about?!" Liam snapped.

"We're not turning them into monsters!" Niall was quick to speak.

"They're too young for something like that!"

"They have to live their lives and they have to decide how!"

"We regret every day for being what we are! We're monsters! Killers!"

"If what we are comes to light, our species will stop existing!" The man insisted.

"Still no!! We're not turning them into dead, cold and without soul killers!" Liam fired back.

When I heard those things, I was beyond terrified..
