Chapter 45

Everyone was there. Except for the rest of the vampires. At least, Harry believed me and was there, too. Alisa got dragged to Jane by the two muscular men. I wanted to just go there and pull Alisa in my arms and yell how much I had missed her and how much she meant to me. I was so selfish to betray her like that.

That’s when I heard Alisa’s voice. She sounded weak and run down. She was so tired of being abused mentally or even physically. As soon as I thought that Jane or her people could hurt Alisa like that, my blood started boiling in my veins. I knew I had to keep calm. We all should be calm or else we could get Alisa killed. That wasn’t what we were there for.  Alisa was talking to Jane begging her not to hurt us. This made me feel even guiltier.

“Please, don’t hurt them. You want me, not them. I am not going to get away. I’m here. You can kill me but please let them go. They did nothing bad to you. Neither did I but I’d prefer to die if it meant that I would be saving their lives.” Alisa cried out. The fact that she knew that we were there was killing her. I knew it was.

“You’re not strong enough to do anything, anyway. I am so close to killing the werewolves as well as the vampires. You see, my innocent Alisa, I will kill you all. You’re not my only problem.” Jane fired back with that stupid grin of hers. 

Kendall was so worked up and I knew he was going to attack Jane. I could not blame him. He loved Alisa so much. I actually admired him for his strength although he knew that Alisa's love and heart was no longer belonged to him, but to Niall. 

He was about to go save Alisa but he was stopped by James's hand grabbing him by his arm. James made great efforts to keep him sane. Kendall knew that it wasn't right to just show up there but he couldn't stand it. 

We were hiding behind the trees for quite a few minutes till Jane stood up and grabbed Alisa's hand violently dragging her further into the dark forest, the two men following them behind. 

"Alisa is alive." Carlos said in awe. 

"She is. You didn't believe me. I was right. I wasn't going insane as you all thought. Sometimes, you need to trust others."  I knew it wasn't the right time for the 'I told you so' talk but I needed to say it.

"We're sorry, Kathie. We should have believed you." James said. He was always so sweet. I couldn't stay mad at him. I was mad at Kendall who had been so insulting.

"I have to go back. I have to warn the others." Harry said looking at me. 

"Okay. Just be careful not to piss them off like I did. Be convincing." I said chuckling at my last words.

"I will, Kathie. I will." He smiled at my choice of advice.

"See you later." Harry said to the others. They just nodded and Harry left quickly.

We turned back to the hotel. I sat on my bed thinking about how much I really wanted to save Alisa from Jane and her tortures till I fell asleep.

Harry's POV.

I turned back home as fast as I could. I had to warn everyone or else Jane would destroy them. As soon as I got there, I went to my bedroom. I needed to see how far Jane's plan could get. I heard the front door open and then close. It was Alisa's double. I opened the door a little to see her sit on one of the couches. Niall entered the living room and sat beside her. I could see them clearly. 'Alisa' smiled at him as he returned the smile. 

She got even closer to him. She started moving her hand up and down his thigh. Niall was smiling like an idiot. What the hell? Could he not see how fake she was? Niall wrapped his arms around her pulling her on his lap. God, they were disgusting. 'Alisa' started kissing him and he was kissing back. I'm going to kill this guy. He could not be even more naive. 'Alisa'  put her right hand behind her back and grabbed a knife out of her back pocket. She was going to kill him. I had to do something. 

I got out of the room and went there. I cleared my throat gaining their attention. She put the knife back in her pocket. She smiled at Niall and then back at me while getting out of Niall's lap. She knew how to play her role. Jane had planned everything perfectly. She went to her room. Perfect chance to talk to this stupid guy standing in front of me.

"What were you doing?" I asked him.

"I was making out with her?" He said like it was so normal. 

"Yeah I saw that but why?" 

"Why do you care? Don't you have to get your heart broken by Kathie again?" He said with sarcasm in his voice. I hated this side of him so bad.

"Stop talking like that. Kathie was right. Alisa is not who she made you think she is. It's not the real Alisa, Niall. You have to accept it. I know it's difficult because you love her and you want to defend her but it's not the girl you love, mate." I tried to seem calm and to explain to him the actual truth.

"What are you trying to do now? Accuse Alisa? I can't believe Kathie made you say that. You're whipped, man." He said trying to avoid the point of the conversation. But I wasn't having it.

"You need to believe me. She was about to kill you. If I hadn't entered the room, you would have been dead by now with a knife nailed to your heart." I screamed. I had lost my patience. He had to believe me. Now I knew how Kathie had felt when none of them believed her. 

The others walked in the living room as they heard me scream at Niall. They had heard everything and I knew that they were not going to believe me that easy. 

"What is going on here? Harry, why are you yelling at Niall?" Liam asked me. 

"All I'm trying to do is to explain that Alisa is not the real one. Kathie was right. She's been right all along." I sounded so desperate. They were hard to convince.

"Are you being serious right now? What has she done to you?" Zayn said approaching me.

"Mate, you have to relax. Kathie has gone insane. You can't be serious right now." Louis said. I hated the way they were talking about Kathie. They were no better than her. Actually, they were much worse than her. I saw 'Alisa' walk in the living room joining us. I kept my mouth shut. I didn't want to let Jane know that I was aware of her plan. I looked at everyone to make sure that they were not going to say anything in front of her. No one spoke up. I was kind of relieved to see that they were acting like nothing had happened. I went to my room locking the door behind me. I had to find the perfect plan in order to reveal Jane's dirty games against us...

A/N: I want to say a HUGEEE sorry for being inactive for over a week. I've been really busy, guys. I had some personal problems and school hates my guts.
