Chapter 12

"You mean..y-you are...w-werewolves?!" Alisa stuttered.

"Exactly!" Carlos answred, aggresively.

"And we're here to protect both you and Kathie." Kendall added.

"Protect us from what?"

"I'd say from whom! And the answer is from Louis, Niall, Liam, Harry and Zayn."

"Why?"

"Because they're vampires!"

"They're what?! You gotta be kidding me!"

"They drink human blood! Why don't you get it?"

"Yeah, because it's so normal for me to get it!"

"I know it's not normal but you had to know the truth."

Kendall hugged Alisa tight, pulling her closer to him.

Right then, Christine entered the room.

When she saw Alisa, she got angry.

The boys realized it immediately.

"She had to know the truth, Christine." James informed her.

"Yeah! Yeah! You're right." Christine gave in.

"Why do you want to protect us from them? We didn't do anything to them!" Alisa stated.

"Your sister did! They think of her as a major danger because she already knows enough to reveal their secret." Christine answered.

"How do you know all these things?"

"Your sister went in the forest while following them! She eavesdropped on their conversation. One of them attacked her and that's why she had so many bruises and scars."

"Why didn't she tell me anything?"

"Because if she did, you wouldn't believe her, would you?"

"I guess I wouldn't."

"That's why she decided to keep it to herself. When she was hurt, Logan carried her and brought her to me! I read her mind!"

"Kendall? Can you read my mind too?" Alisa turned to Kendall.

"No. But I can transfer pictures."

"Okay, show me then!"

"Look me in the eyes." He said softly to her.

Alisa did as she was told.

"And now close them!"

When Alisa closed her eyes, she saw that she was at the park, in Kendall's arms. It was the day when Kendall asked her to be his girlfriend.

She opened her eyes surprised.

"I can predict the future!" Carlos stated.

"And I have the power of hearing something from hundreds of miles away!" James added.

"What was Logan's power?"

"Sixth sense! That's why he knew where exactly your sister was and that she was in danger!" Christine informed her.

"Okay! Enough for now! It's getting dark! You look really tired! I have to take you home!"

"Fine! But I want you to stay with me tonight."
