Chapter 52

     ~ Minara's pov~

     We parked the van infront of the house and Jake stormed out. He knocked roughly on the door and Charlie opened it. "uhh are you Jake?" Jake looked over Charlie's shoulder ignoring  his question and saw Aqua laying on the couch. He ran over to Aqua and kneeled down infront of her. He grabbed her hand and looked her up and down. "how could they do this to you?" He said quietly. He pulled out of his pocket two neclaces and at the bottom were two of the same green soul mate gems. Me and Charlie weren't wearing ours since Sam gave us a poshion that we can't feel each others pain, nor heal each other. But it will be wearing off soon. Jake put the neclace around Aqua's neck and he put the other around his. He connected the two neclaces together and they clicked like a magnet. He carresed her hair and Kissed her gently. Instantly you could see the color of her skin come back and the old pale color was gone. The color of her hair wasn't the same faded color, The light blue color was still there but it came back stronger, more vibrant. When Jake leaned back you could really see the color of her lips came back as well, they were a nice light pink. And she had rosey red cheeks and when she opened her eyes the blur was gone and it looked as if the skys moved into her eyes. The were bright, and happy. Not full of sorrow like before.

      She smiled brightly. "Jake!" she screamed and hugged her mate and kissed him passionately. "I missed you!" she said. "I missed you too baby." He smiled. She stood up and jumped and spun around. "Sis, your finally back!" Aries ran up to her identical looking sister and hugged her. "Well, I should probably take a shower, haven't taken one in a while, hehe." She laughed in embarressment. She ran upstairs and went to take a shower. "Jake I can't thank you enough for doing this." Aries spoke to Jake. "I would do anything for you guys, but does your mom know?" "do I know what?" My aunt, Janell said with a scowl on her face and her arms crossed over her chest. "Oh hello mrs.Rogers," Jake gulped. "Henderson." She looked him up and down. "so, you're mates with my daughter, huh?" She said. "yes, and I couldn't ask for a more beautiful girl, look mrs.Rogers, I love your daughter and would never do anything to hurt her. Can't we just put our diffences aside and just, give me a chance?" my aunt looked at Aries and back to Jake. "I suppose so, but I have my eye on you Henderson." She walked back outside to the back yard where all my aunts and uncles where chatting. Jake 'phewed' "Aries you heard that she's actually giving me a chance!" He cheered. We heard foot steps coming down the stairs and It was Aqua. And she looked better than ever. She had her hair in a messy bun and had a button up plaid, red shirt. With some black jeans and combat boots. Her makeup was done perfectly. She had cat eye and red lipstick. And she rocked that steptum percimg and back gages. "woah, Aqua you look, gorgeous." Jake stood amazed. She blushed and came down and kissed her boyfriend. "you guys should go out, have fun, you deserve it." Aries suggested. They both looked at each other and noded. "wanna watch a movie?" Jake asked. "yes! I really want to watch the movie Oculous!" They continued with their conversation exiting the front door. "saw it, blows" He told her. Aww their so cute together.

     I saw Aries walking up the stairs and really wanted to ask her why do the Hendersons have so much rivalry with their family. I looked at Charlie unsure since I didn't want to seem nosey, he got the hint. He noded and said. "go ask her." And he stayed in the living room watching basketball in the couch. I followed Aries upstairs. "Hey, Aries?" She turned around. "yeah, what's up?" She asked. "do you think you can explain to me why, your mom hates Jake so much?" She noded. "yeah but let's talk more in private. We walked down the hall passing by Have and Ash eating each other's faces off and Rodrick and his family watching T.V. We went up to the roof where she could explain. "So what happened?" I asked. "We it all started when my parents where young, like 18 years old. They were bestfriends with Jake's parents. My grandmother, from my dad's side of the family was a fortune teller and spoke to the gods. Jake's mother wanted a reading but my parent's didn't recomend it since my grandmother spoke. 'The truth, but there is alway bad in good.' meaning when my grandmother would have the readings, the bad was always be told. But Jake's parent's didn't care and still got the reading. My grandmother said 'there was going to be a betrayal' Jake's mother asked who was gonna be the betrayer, but the moon godess said it must be untold and that history would run it's course. Jake's mother didn't agree and demanded that she was told. She insulted the gods. The moom godess cursed her with the birth of a hideous creature, with the ability to burn everything in it's path..a Dragon."
