"Today on weekly idol we have EXO!!"He shouts as we walk on stage, I'm still rubbing my eyes open. I'm shuffled forward and nudged by Suho to take a bow as he introduces us, not like everyone already knows who we are.
"And now, the new edition to Exo, Grey Wolf!"
I smile, putting peace signs over my eyes like Xuimin instructed me to on the way here. I was very strictly instructed in 'Aiegoo' to try and turn around my bad reputation.
"Is there anything you would like to say to the fans?"
The host says and I pause, no one told me what to say on the way here.
"Uh, well, our coffee machine broke this morning, and that kind of sucked, so, can I come over to your place for coffee?"
"You mean to an Exo-L's?"
"Yeah, I'll, I'll pay you back by singing...that's really all I've got right now..."
I chuckle at the end, the truth of my statement nearing ironic. Suho sighs, getting up and dragging me to a chair for our interview.
~~~~~~~~
"Who is the strongest member?"
"Me."
I say without hesitation, everyone chuckling. I scrunch up my face, annoyed.
"I can beat any of you in any strength test."
"Oh really Noo-"
Kai starts before getting clobbered by Sehun, my eyes widening at the obvious slip up.
"Was he about to call you Noona?"
"Well, you see,"
I say, cursing Kai's stupidity
"Kai likes to pick on me and calls me Noona, mainly because I'm prettier than him."
Everyone laughs as I blow kisses to the camera, internally groaning at how cute I have to be. Whenever I'm not Xumin jabs my back with his shoe, forcing the ageoo out of me. I've officially decided, I hate interviews.
~~~~~~~~~
"I really am stronger than all of you."
I challenge as we crowd our way into the dorm, I make a beeline for the coffe...
"WHY DIDN'T WE GET COFFEE!"
I shout, Suho jumping five feet into the air at my outburst. Kai on the other hand chuckles, patting my shoulder while walking past. I scowl at him before meandering over to the couch, my exhaustion too heavy to lift without an energy drink or caffeine. Or both for that matter. I flop backwards and close my eyes, miraculously falling asleep with all the commotion of the dorms unfolding around me.
Suho's P.O.V.
"Oh my God CHEN!"
Grey shouts, still half asleep, tearing after him through the dorm once he gets the string of cans untied from his ankle. We hear a small growl come from Grey as he vaults over the couch, Chen and him absolutely tearing apart the place. Anyone can see Grey almost laughing, pretending to be mad as he corners Chen by the fridge. Chen starts to plead for mercy, on both knees with Grey's hands in his as he sings Grey's praises. Grey isn't having any of it as he takes out an ice tray from the fridge and shoves ice down Chen's shirt, cackling as he walks away. Now that Grey's gotten a three hour nap, his mood has improved to the point you could almost call him civilized.
"Grey you're a savage."
I say, shaking my head when he flops down on the couch beside me.
"Chen started it."
He replies, blowing a kiss at Chen when he walks past us. Chen rolls his eyes before taking off the wet shirt, going into someone's room to find a clean one.
"So I've been wanting to drop an album."
Grey says out of nowhere, and I put my tablet down, turning to face him on the couch.
"Where is this coming from?"
I ask, never having heard him sing his own songs. Grey shrugs, his phone starting to ring in his pocket.
"Hello?"
He says, motioning for me to wait a minute. The relaxed features on his face soon contort to anger, his hands clenching into fists as he listens to the person on the phone.
"Oh yeah? Who wrote that song? Who made you practice till one in the morning? Who worked the press to cover up anything that wasn't good? Who was that?"
He spits into the phone, snarling under his breath.
"Well guess what Yoongi! You're not the only one who was hurt! It's not all about you! Or Namjoon! Or Jeongguk!"
My eyes widen when I place the names Grey's spiting into the phone, anger surging through him. I catch part of the conversations on the other line.
"Only worked...we performed...without our stage presence...you didn't...never needed..."
"Oh it only worked because of your stage presence? Well, since you're still half living off of my lyrics, I'm sure you won't mind if I perform that new song? Go Go? I'm sure I have the legal rights!"
Grey says, now pacing in front of the couch. We all stay as quiet as possible, trying to catch the other side of the conversation. After staying silent for a minute, Grey bursts.
"Where am I going to perform! In case you never figured it out, Grey Wolf of Exo is me, I'm famous now! And you can be sure that our live show tomorrow is going to feature my work, NOT YOURS!"
He yells, ending the call and throwing his phone at the wall, the screen shattering. I see the tears pooling in his eyes as he runs out the door, disappearing.
~~~~~~~
"FUCK!"
I shout, tearing out to my bike. The run down the metal stair case reminds me of Tae, the new trainee I see reminds me of Jungkook, the rev of my motor cycle reminds me of Hoeseok, and my own anger reminds me of how screwed up this is. How the closest thing to a family that I've ever had fell apart because of stolen lyrics. Of course it wasn't just that, it was everything.
Everything.
Everything that tore us apart.
Yoongi's P.O.V.
I swear into the phone when Key hangs up, grabbing my jacket and heading out to my car. Now that I know where she lives, I'm going to finally get some answers about what the hell happened.
