Gone

Three weeks later

It's already been three weeks. Nothing much happened except that Michelle decided to stay with us. She stays with Nash. They been getting closer lately, but I like to see Nash happy. If he's happy then I'm happy. Although I will soon be sadder then ever. Why? You all ask yourselves. Well someone is leaving for the holidays. That someone is Shawn.
I don't understand why all of the sudden I feel a sudden rush of sadness when I heard that he was leaving.
Flashback
"Guys I reunited here today because I have news to tell you guys!!"He said excitedly.
"Well what is it?" Michelle asked.
"I'm leaving in three weeks to spend the holiday with my family!" He says.
Everyone was happy for him, but I all of the sudden I felt sadness. I although kept it hidden.
End of Flashback
So now I'm dreading ever since he said he was leaving for the holidays. I also tried everything to get him out of ny mind like reading and other stuff. None of it works though. Worst part is today is the day he goes back to Toronto to spend the holidays. Practically my life probably hates me.
"Maria are you ready to go?" Dad asks.
"Uh what, oh uh yeah.." I say coming out of thought.
"Are you ok? You seem kind of off today." He says warily.
I nod my head. "Yeah I'm fine..." I say.
He nods his head and walks off. In all honesty I feel like I won't live, but I at least have Michelle with me.
After car ride to airport
We finally arrive at the airport. We all stand in front of Shawn's boarding gate. He is already saying goodbye to a few of the guys.
"Flight number 937 to Toronto please board at this moment." The speaker said.
I already knew he was leaving. He then comes up to me. He looks at me in the eyes. I look down. He grabs my chin to see his eyes once again. He then hugs me for what seems like forever. He then he lets go of me.
"I promise I'll come back and have your heart." He says.
I just nod. He then speaks again.
"But for now I got you this rose and I need to know will let it die or let it grow?" He says taking a rose from behind him and placing it in my hand.
I look at him and this time I smile at him. He gives me one more hug and turns and boards his plane.
That's when I knew he was gone...
