Apology Time

*Riley's POV*

I asked Dylan where he's been and he told me he bailed out Cam and will meet me. Thank goodness for Dylan. He told me to meet him at the pizzeria. I walked out of the party and went to meet them.

When I get here, I see them both. Cam runs up to hug me.

"I'm so sorry." He says

"It wasn't your fault." I reply

"Hate to break up the love fest, but we gotta get back, or we're dead." Dylan states

"You're right.." I say

"Wait, if I get caught back there, I'm dead." Cam says

"He's right, we gotta find some way that you can apologize to my mom." I say

"Ok, any good ideas?" Dylan asks

"I've got nothing." Cameron says

"Maybe we can just go there and you apologize." I suggest

"Yea easy enough, let's go." Cam replies

We drive back to the venue. I spot my mom by Taylor, she was with him so it was the perfect time. (She usually doesn't get mad when she's with her baby) Dylan is first to go distract mom, while me and Cam went to the back to find some flowers. I find her favorites and we yank ( probably illegally) the flowers out if the ground.

"Hey ...mom." Dylan says grinning

"Hey Dylan, why are you so smiley?" She asks suspiciously

"Well, my dad did just got married to a super nice awesome lady, that I really like, so I'm very peachy." He replies

I could really tell he was being sincere. He loves my mom just as much as any of us, and I appreciate that. Deena on the other hand is a tougher code to crack.

"Thank you Dylan." She replies

It's now time for me to slip in.

"Hey mom, Taylor, and Dylan." I say in my nice voice

"Hey sweetie.. you seem awfully happy too, where are my real children?" She asks in a teasing voice

That's when Cameron walks out with the flowers. He puts on his biggest smile.

"Hey, Mrs. Coo-...eh Montgomery." He says nervously

"Riley, I told you I didn't want to see him with you anymore." She says in a stern voice

"I know mom...but just here him out." I say

"I know I messed up a lot, but I really love your daughter, and I can't not be with her. I wanted to apologize for my earlier actions. I really didn't plan on that.." He finishes

Mom looks up and down at him, and grabs the tulips we picked.

"Well young man, it seems you are very smitten with Riley, and you are quite dapper. I suppose I give you another chance, don't ruin it." She says

"Yess!" We all say

Cameron grabs me by the waist and kisses me.

"Now, please, no public display of affection, It's my wedding remember." Mom says

"Oh yeah... sorry." I say laughing

We then go outside and admire the sunset.

Sorry it's been forever since last update. Buuuut summer is almost here! YESSSS! We are all excited, and we hope you are too. It means more time for updates. \(^-^)/ woooo.
