Chapter Six

I didn't end up going to school at all last week I was too sick and I didn't want anyone else getting sick, so I stayed home and slept. Nicole stopped by on Friday to give me all my homework from the week. She stayed for a bit and I told her how I was throwing up all the time. She said in a joking tone "what if your pregnant". I gave her a blank look and began to panic inside. I can't be pregnant there's no way. I've only had sex with one person and that was Ethan and he used a... wait did he use a condom. Sh*t how could I be so irresponsible and get that drunk. I ran down the stairs and put on my Nike slides grabbed my keys and got in my car. I drove to the closest drugstore and bought three pregnancy test and a bottle of water. On the was home I drank the water so I would have to pee. Once I got home I went upstairs to my bathroom and took all three test. I put the caps back on and left them on the counter for 15 minuets. I went to my room and looked blankly out my window. When all of a sudden my brother comes in holding the box that the pregnancy test were originally in.
"What the hell is this" Alex shouted
I turn and face him my jaw drops
"How did you, where did you find that box" I thought I threw it out it must have dropped in the hallway.
"Are you pregnant" he asks
I gave him a unsure look and my timer went off. We're about to find out.
I walked nervously towards the bathroom Alex followed closely behind me.
"Can you give a girl some space" I said in a rude tone.
He waited outside of the bathroom for five minutes listening to silence.
They were all positive.
I began to lightly cry but I couldn't hold it in anymore I began sobbing. This can't be happening not to me. Alex knocked on the door and asked for me to let him in. I opened the door and hugged him. We weren't that close but I didn't care he was all I had right now. After twenty minutes of me crying he asked
"Who is the father"
I looked at him "Ethan Dolan" I said in a quiet tone.
His eyes grew big
"Alex don't do anything stupid I haven't told him yet"
Alex tried to stay clam
"Oh and can you not mention this to Mom and dad yet"
He just nodded his head and looked at me.
I took the test and took pictures of them. Then I put them in the box and went back to my room. I texted Ethan.

Me: hey
Ethan👽: hey what up
Me: I actually need to talk to you
Ethan👽: about?
Me: can we talk in person
Ethan👽: yah do you wanna meet up somewhere
Me: yah meet me at the beach at 8:00
Ethan: okay see you soon 💞

Did he send a heart emoji. Does he like me?
Maybe we can hang out at the beach a bit and see where the night takes us. But I'm definitely telling Ethan tonight.
