Chapter Sixty-Two

How often should I update? Like once a week a few times a week or every other day or everyday. Let me know what you guys think.

January 2nd

Today was our beautiful baby boys first birthday. I couldn't believe that a year ago today was when I was in the hospital pushing these goofballs out. They definitely take after Ethan personality wise. They have my puffy cheeks and my lips. They have Ethan's eyes and face shape. But they had a calm side to them which was definitely not from Ethan. If Ethan and I were sitting on the couch cuddling the would both come sit on our laps and it would become a cuddle party. Brent took some photos for us a few days ago. We did some with just the boys and some with all off us. One phone stood out too me and that was the one with all of us in it. I decided to post that right when I woke up. I captioned it

I tag Ethan he would see it when he woke up. It was 7:45 when I hopped into the shower. The boys were still sleeping so I got dressed. I put on a black cropped t-shirt and light washed ripped Mom jeans with my black and white converse. ⤵️

For my hair a put it in a cute put together messy bun. When I was dressed I did simple everyday makeup. Foundation, concealer, eyeshadow, mascara, my eyebrows, and I did a nude lip today. Since Eth and the boys were still sleeping I made pancakes. The twins love pancakes it was one of there favourite foods. No joke they ate them almost every morning. Shortly after I was done I could hear the boys laughing in their room. I walked in. "Good morning babies" I said as I let them out. "Do you guys want to go wake up daddy" I asked. The ran to our room. I lifted them on the bed the both jumped on ethan the each planted a kiss on his muscular back. "Daddy" they screamed. "Mmmugh" was all the left Ethan's mouth. "Babe they are excited to see you" I said kinda disappointed in his reaction. He rolled over and slowly opened his eyes. "Morning guys" he said as he gave them each a kiss on their forehead. He took one of them and I took the other. "Morning baby" he said and kissed me as we walked to the kitchen. We placed the boys in their high chairs and gave them their food. They were pretty independent and they both always wanted to feed themselves. We all ate pancakes. "E. We have to go to my parents at 11:00 and then at 3:00 we are going to your parents" I said. "Ok" he said eating his pancakes. After everyone was done we washed the boys face and hand and let them play with their toys for a bit while Ethan and I cleaned up the kitchen. "Okay monkey's let's get you guys dressed" I said picking up Kaleb while Ethan took Connor. Ethan started changing Connor and Kaleb's diaper while I picked out their outfits. I picked out an adidas tracksuit for them along with adidas superstars⤵️

While I got the boys dressed Ethan went to our room to get ready. He wore light washed ripped jeans, white vans, and a blue muscle t.⤵️

When I was done I let the boys go back to playing. While I packed up the diaper bag. I put and extra outfit just in case they got dirty, some diapers, a few toys and blankets. While I was doing that Ethan came in and wrapped his arms around me. "Can you believe our boys are one today" he said and kissed my neck as we suede back and forth. Once I was done I turned around and kissed. "I love you E" I said wrapping my arms around his neck continuing to suede. "I love you more" he said and kissed my cheek. The boys came running in "momma...daddy" they said gesturing for us to pick them up. "Happy Birthday babies" I said pick one of them up while ethan picked up the other. "Should we give them their presents now" I asked. "Why not" he said. "Ok go with daddy to the living room" I said and walked to our room to get their gifts. Ethan recorded it for this weeks vlog. We decided to do weekly vlogs instead because now that we had the boys it was too much to do everyday. They both squealed as they opened there presents. They were still learning works so we had to teach them how to say thank you. "What do you guys say" we both asked. The looked at us. "Can you guys say thank you" we asked. "Tank yoou" they said. "Good enough" I laughed. "Okay are you guys ready to go to nana and papas" I asked. (They call Amy's parents nana and papa and Ethan's parents grandma and grandpa) They both rush to the door and. "Okay let's go" I said. Ethan and I held their hands while we walked to the car.

We unbuckled the boys. They both rushed up the stairs and knocked on the door. Ethan and I walked hand in hand. My mom answered the door. "Nana" the both screamed and gave her a hug. "Happy birthday guy" she said. "Hey Mom" I said giving her a hug. "Papa is in the living room boys" she said. The ran into the house to my dad. Ethan gave her a hug and we both went inside. My family gave the boys their gifts and we chatted for a few hours. We left at 2:00 to Ethan's parents house. I think a few of Ethan's younger cousins were going to be there because Camron was watching a few of them today. When we got there the boys began to play with Riley, Christian, and Shane. Ethan and I talked with Camron, Grayson, Sean, and Lisa while the kids played. The boys also opened presents form Lisa, Sean, Grayson, Camron. We did the same thing we stayed at there house for a few hours. We went home at around 5:00. The boys fell asleep on the ride home so ethan and I carried them inside. We put them in their cribs then we made dinner. For the rest of the night we just chilled and watched a movie.
