Chapter Forty-Four

Amy's POV

It's been a just a few weeks since Ethan proposed and it was time for our seventh ultrasound. This appointment was early in the morning I had to wake up 7:00 so I could be ready to leave by 9:00. I got into the shower and washed my hair today I decided to let it air dry. I put on a pair of black tights, a oversized greyish coloured long sleeve, and my adidas superstars. It was really cold in New Jersey so it had been snowing the past two weeks. When I was dressed I put on my makeup and woke up Ethan. "Babe. Wake up" I said walking over to our bed. He rolled over and pulled the blanket over his head. I rubbed his back while sitting on the bed. "Babe come on we have the ultrasound today" I said trying to get him up. I decided to make him a cup of coffee and hopefully he would wake up. I put it on the nightstand and told him I made him coffee. "E I made you coffee now get up" I side kissing his cheek. He slowly sat up and kissed me. "Good morning beautiful" he said wiping his eyes. "Morning" I said kissing him and walking out of the room to make breakfast and start the vlog. "Good morning guys. I'm just about to make breakfast for Ethan and I. It is currently 8:15 and we have to leave the house by 9:00 because we have a ultrasound today" I said. Ethan came out from getting ready shortly after I was done making breakfast. When we were done Ethan cleaned up my plates for me. "Thanks babe" I said as he took my plate. "You're welcome" he said giving me a kiss. We chilled for a bit then got  ready to go. I put on my winter jacket and grabbed my purse. Ethan grabbed the camera just before we left. When we got to the doctors office I signed in and we waited for my name to be called. "Amy Harper" the doctor call. "Not for long" Ethan whispered as he took my hand. We did the same thing I lifted my shirt, she put the gel on, but then we got to see our beautiful baby boys. I couldn't believe how special they were. I started to tear up but I held them back. Ethan held my hand making everything better. I loved him so much. When my emotions had cooled down we got our photos of the boys and went to book a new appointment. The office closed on the 23rd so we book our appointment for the 21st of December at 10:45. After we booked our next appointment Ethan and I went to get food because I was starving. We ended up just grabbing pizza and going home. When we got home we brought the pizza to our bed and ate while we watched a movie. We spent the rest of the day talking about the boys and looking at cute baby toys, outfits, and other baby thing. We both were so excited to have the boys out. Me obviously more then him I mean it's been seven months and this bump won't stop growing. My feet, back, pretty much my whole body hurts. Lately I haven't been wanting to do anything except lay down and watch Netflix. Ethan usually watch Netflix with me but I understand he isn't growing two human beings inside of him so he wants to do more things. Him and Grayson have be hanging out a lot at the warehouse or at our place. Sometime I go with him to the warehouse and sit upstairs watching them flip off the deck. Tonight we both just wanted to cuddle and have each others company so we stayed in bed for the rest of the day. At around 9:30 we decided to go for a walk just cause we hadn't done anything all day. We walked to a cafe near our house too get food. We got our food and drinks and sat at a table. "This was the place I met Gray the night I decided to propose to you" he told me. "Actually" I asked. He just smiled and nodded. I held his hand from across the table. "I love you" I said rubbing his hand. We left the cafe at around 11:20 and got home at 11:30. I put a pair of sweatpants on with my sports bra and got into bed. Ethan cuddled up to me shortly after. I fell asleep hearing his calm breaths and feeling his chest move out and in. I was honestly the luckiest woman alive and I am so happy Ethan and I found each other.
