Chapter Twelve

We arrived at the diner. We got the present and walk in. No one was there yet so we got a table for nine. Sean, Lisa, Camron, Grayson, Karen (my mom), Dave short for David (my dad), and Alex, and of course Ethan and I. We sat at the table and waited about five minutes before everyone showed up. We ordered our food and drinks and talked. Even though Ethan was beside me I texted him telling him that we should tell them after breakfast.

We had paid and we decided to give them there presents.

"Okay Ethan and I have some news to tell you guys, but first we have some gifts." I said passing them out Ethan helping me.
"Okay you guys can open them now" Ethan said.

They all opened there presents my mom and Lisa stated to cry.

"You're pregnant!" They said at the same time.
"Yah can you believe it" I responded

Sean and my dad gave Ethan a dirty look but I grabbed his hand making him focus on me.

"So how far along are you" Camron asked
"Almost two months, my next appointment is actually next week" I said

After some chatting about the pregnancy we decided to leave. Ethan was going to drop me off at my house and then he would go back to his.

Skip the drive to my house

"Bye babe" I said while shutting the door of his car.
"Bye" he said as he pulled out of the driveway

I got a text right as Ethan left. It was from Ethan.

I walked into the house with a smile on my face. My mom and dad looked right at me. I walked into the living room sitting beside my mom.

"So what are you guy doing" knowing they were talking about me and Ethan.
"Just talking about stuff" my mom said
"Like what kind of stuff" trying to get them to tell me how the really deal about the whole me being pregnant.
"About you" my dad said with disappointment in his voice.
"How could you be so irascible" he said
"Look dad I had a few drinks, I'm sorry but it already happened so can we move on"
"Drinks" my mother but in
"Yah I'm sorry okay"
"Look Amy your our little girl and we want the best for you"
"Speaking of wanting the best for me. Ethan and I were looking at apartments and we will be moving in together."
"What day are you guys moving" my parents said at the same time.
"End out July, so one month" I responded

You could tell my mom was about to cry. I felt bad but I need to do what's best for the baby, Ethan, and I. I left the room.

"I'm going to buy some moving boxes I'll be back in a bit" I said grabbing my keys and walking out the door"

I got into my car and drove to the store. I spent probably ten minutes in the store getting boxes, packing tape and a thick black marker. Once I got everything I paid the man and went home. Once I got home I brought the stuff to my room and called Ethan. I told him I was packing and I would really like his company. He told me he would be over in a few minutes. Once Ethan got to my house we went upstairs to my room. He was helping me pack up my stuff. We could only pack up a bit of stuff so after we were done we watched Netflix and order pizza. Ethan ended up spending the night because we both fell asleep. I couldn't wait tell we officially had our own place.
