Chapter Forty-One

Ethan's POV
(Saturday)

Gray and I were going ring shopping today. I was so excited but I was nervous. What if she doesn't like the ring or what if she says no. I got out of bed and got in the shower, Amy was still sleeping so I tried not to wake her. When I was done I threw on a pair of black ripped jeans and a sweatshirt. I brushed my teeth and put paste in my hair. I was going to grab breakfast on the way too the mall. I shook Amy's shoulders lightly. "Babe I'm going to the mall with Gray I'll be back later" I said kissing her cheeks because she wasn't fulling awake. "Mmmk" she said rolling over and closing her eyes. I kissed her belly and said goodbye to my boys then grabbed my coat and keys. I drove to the mall it wasn't that packed today which was good. I put the vlog camera up on the dash board while I waited for Grayson to text me that he was here. "Good morning guys. This is going to be a really special vlog that will take place over the span of a week or so. Gray is meeting me at the mall because we are going ring shopping. I've wanted to propose to Amy since the day I meet her and I know she is the woman I'm supposed to spend the rest of my life with. I want this to be really special so we are going to pick out the ring and then go to the warehouse and brainstorm ideas on where and how I should propose" I said. Shortly after I got a text from Grayson. I vlog myself walking to the front doors of the mall. "Okay I just got a text from Gray saying he was here. I'm so excited" I said. I wasn't planning on vlogging much because I wanted to focus on picking the perfect ring. "Hey Gray" I said pulling him for a bro hug. "Hey Eth" he said smiling. We walked to the first jewelry store we spent probably a hour or more in there. I didn't see anything that was perfect. We ended up going to three other stores. I was looking at all the rings in the glass cases. "Gray" I called him over. "Do you like this one" I said pointing to it. "Amy will love it" he said with a smile. I couldn't help it a grin grew on my face and it wouldn't go away. I bought the ring. It was perfect. Gray and I went to the warehouse to brainstorm proposal ideas. I set the ring down in our editing room and went upstairs. Gray wrote down the ideas on the white board. "You could get a plane to have a sign behind it that says will you marry me" Gray suggested. "No" I said sitting on the chair thinking. "What if you go to a hotel and put flowers and the ring on the bed" he said. "No it's too, I don't know it's not right" I said. "I've got it" I said. "Your going to have to help me" I told him. "What are you doing" he asked. "I'm going to make a scavenger hunt for her. She can get her nails done, go get a fancy dress, go to the flower shop where I'll have a bouquet of flowers for her with a note that has a address on it where she can meet me which will be at the beach and I will set up a picnic for her and then I'll ask her to get something out of the basket and the ring will be in there" I said smiling. "Dope" he said with a smirk. Gray and I hung out for a bit at the warehouse doing tricks into the foam pit and skateboarding. I got a text from Amy so I got off my board and sat on the ramp.

Baby Mama💋: E where r you?
Me: warehouse I'm coming home soon.
Baby Mama💋: whatever

She was definitely pissed off. I went to the editing room to FaceTime her. "What do you want" she snapped. "Babe I want to know if your ok. I'll be home in 10 minuets" I said. "ok then I'll see you in 10" she said sounding pissed. "K I love you. See you in 10" I said. She hung up. I walked back out to the ramp. "Hey Gray I got to go" I said. "Where" he asked. "Home. Amy is pissed off and I don't know why" I said smiling. "Bro she's pregnant her hormones are all over the place of course she is going to be pissed" he said laughing. I laughed a bit. "Anyways see you later man. Can you lock up" I said giving him a hug and getting my keys. "Yah see you tomorrow" he said. I walked out to the car leaving the ring in the warehouse so Amy wouldn't know about the proposal. I set the camera up on the dash board. "Okay guys it's getting late. I did end up getting a ring for Amy and I know how I'm going to propose to her. I'm driving back from the warehouse right now and Amy is pissed off. I have no clue why I think it's just a mood swing but I know she is going to be pissed when I get back. But other than that Gray and I are going to start preparing for the proposal tomorrow back at the warehouse" I said keeping my eyes on the road. I parked the car and went upstairs. I unlocked the front door and walked in. Amy wasn't in the living room she must be in our room. I walked into our room to see her sitting on our bed on her laptop. I laid on my stomach beside her. I rubbed her thigh she didn't even look at me she was definitely pissed off. I wanted to talk to her but I knew it would start something. I just laid beside her and had a nap. I woke up ten minutes later she was still on her computer. I sat up and moved her computer to the side. "EEE" she said extending the 'E'. "Whats up" I asked holding her hands and turning my body so we were facing each other. "Babe where do you keep on going and what are you doing with Gray. You keep saying your going out with Gray" she said. If only she knew I thought. "It's a surprise" I said kissing he lips and taking off my shirt and putting my adidas track pants on. "A surprise for what" she asked. "You" I said smiling. "What kind of surprise" she asked getting off our bed and wrapping her arms around my waist and kissing me. "It wouldn't be a surprise if I told you" I said kissing her. She dropped her arms and went to the bathroom "I guess sweet talking you won't work" she said as she brushed her teeth. "I guess not" I said standing beside her and brushing my teeth. I vlogged a little today of gray and I at the warehouse for tomorrow's vlog but I didn't have much. Amy vlogged a bit as well. Tomorrow's vlog would be kind of short. "I'll edit the vlog" I said putting my toothbrush back in the holder. She nodded her head in agreement as she put her hair in a messy bun. We both laid in bed I edited the vlog she watched videos on YouTube. We went to bed around midnight I honestly couldn't wait to give her the first clue.
