Chapter Fifty-One

December 25th Christmas Day

E and I were up kind of late last night so we slept in until almost 2:30. I rolled over he was still asleep. I scanned his face noticing every line and every birthmark. I wrapped my arm around his waist to keep myself warm. It was so cold in our room. The sun was shining though our curtains it was blinding. After about half and hour of cuddling Ethan slowly stated waking up. When he fully opened his eyes he smiled at me. "Good morning beautiful" he said kissing me. I rolled onto my back to grab my phone which was on the other side of me. Ethan climbed on top of me and was sitting on my legs with on leg on each side of both of mine. (I hope you know what I mean😂) He leaned down and kissed me taking my phone from my hands. We had our moment when all of a sudden he got up and bolted out of our room with my phone. "If you want it you have to get it" he said running out of our room. "E" I groaned. "I'm not chasing you" I said getting out of bed. "Then I guess you won't be able to get it back" he said with a smirk standing on the other side of the couch. "E I'm almost 9 months pregnant I am not chasing you" I said smiling and slowly walking towards him. "I'll give you your present right after you give me my phone" I said with a wink and continued walking towards him in a sexier way. He walked closer to me and gave me my phone. After he kissed me. "So should we go to our room so I can get my presents" he said with a smirk. "Nope" I said and got him his gift from under the tree. "Are you kidding me. I thought I was going to get some" he said with a jokingly depressed faced. I just laughed and gave him a kiss. "Just open it" I said smiling. He opened it. "Babe you got me the camera I've been wanting for like four months" he said and gave me a kiss. "Okay open mine" he said handing me a box.

Ethan's POV

Amy has been talking about wanting to get an anklet for a few months but she didn't know what style she wanted. A few weeks ago we stopped by a jewelry store and I saw how she was looking at one of the anklets. I knew she really liked that one so I went back the next day to buy it for her.

Amy's POV

I unwrapped the perfectly wrapped rectangular shaped item. I honestly had absolutely no clue what it could be. When the wrapping paper was off I saw a black leather box with my name engraved into it with gold letter. I opened it up to see a beautiful gold anklet with diamond gems on it. My heart melted. This was the anklet I saw a few weeks ago when we were at the jewelry store together. My eyes started filling with tears. "Do you like it" he asked. "I love it" I said pulling him in for a hug. "I love you" I whispered into his ear. "I love you too" he said then planted a kiss on my cheek. We opened some more gifts we got each other. After we opened all of our presents we cleaned up the wrapping paper and went to make breakfast. "What do you want to breakfast" I asked. "Pancakes" ethan said. That's exactly what I made. I put a little twist on the pancakes. I died half the batter red and half the batter green. "Babe we are having a challenge" I said. "And this challenge is" he asked. "Who can make the best pancake Christmas art" I said. We put two pans on the stove and made our pancakes. "When we are done we will both take pictures not saying who's is who's and post it on Instagram. Who ever gets there dish commented the most wins. Deal" I said. "You are on" he said and began doing his pancake art. I decided to do a simple Christmas tree with presents underneath it. As I was outlining my tree shape I glanced over at Ethan. "What are you making" I laughed. "It's a surprise" he said. When we were done mine look okay I mean I'm not a pancake artist or anything but it was good. Ethan on the other hand just did a unperfect circle that alternated with green and red. We both took pictures and posted them. "Tonight we will go though the comments and see who's is better" I said smiling and kissing him. We both ate our masterpieces then got in our matching onuses and built s fort in our living room. We brought pillows and blankets, along with his laptop to watch movies. I made hot chocolate and popcorn and we went into the fort. We spent most of the day in the fort cuddling, talking, kissing all cute things couples do. Around 5:30 we cleaned up our fort and went to the kitchen to make dinner. We made lasagna, Well Ethan filmed me making lasagna for the vlog. We set the table while it was cooking. About and hour later it was done so we ate. I cleaned up the table and put leftovers in the fridge. Ethan and I went to our room after we had cleaned up. I rested my head on his chest he wrapped his arm around my shoulder and drew circles on my back. "Thanks for making our first Christmas together unforgettable babe" I said and kissed his jaw. "I love you" he said and kissed the top of my head. "I love you too" I said and began rubbing his chest as we both fell asleep.
