Chapter Seventy-three

December 13th -moving day

Today was going to be a long a*s day. I'm seven months pregnant and we are moving. The moving people were coming at 11:00. It was 7:30 when I woke up I showered last night so I didn't shower this morning. I grabbed my clothes that I set out last night and got dressed. (Amy's outfit⬇️)

It was snowing in jersey today. I felt bad for the movers. Today we are moving the boxes and all our stuff as well as cleaning. Tomorrow we were going to paint the house and the next day was our big unpacking day. After I was dressed I put my hair in a low messy bun and did my makeup. The boys were already up and running around. Ethan however was still sleeping. I walked into the living room where the boys were playing. "Do you boys want to wake up daddy" I asked. Of course they both ran to our bedroom. "Daddy" the screamed as the jumped on Ethan's bare chest. "Babies be gentle" I said. "Sorry daddy" the both said. "It's okay" he said and gave them a quick kiss. The both laid their head on his muscular chest and he rubbed their backs. I took a picture and posed it our our dolanfamily Instagram page captioning it 'morning cuddles💓'. We all got ready like usual. (Ethan's outfit⬇️)

We were all ready and the movers would be here in a few minutes. Once they got here they loaded the truck with our stuff. Ethan and I got the boys in the car and went to the house. Once the movers got to the house with our stuff Ethan and I directed them on where to put the boxes and other things. I couldn't do much because of our little angel who was giving me pains all day and has been for the past few days. Once all the boxes were in the house Ethan paid the movers and they left. I started to clean the house especially the room walls because we were painting them tomorrow. I wash all the walls in the house with help from Ethan and the boys. Halfway through I Kaleb and Connor to get food while Ethan continued cleaning the walls. Both boys were exhausted and needed naps and they always fall asleep in the car. I went to pick up McDonald's because they had a drive through. Before I even got food they boys were both asleep in the back. They were so cute when they were sleeping because they slept with their mouths slightly open and breathed heavily kinda like Gray. I smile though my mirror as I watched them. I got the food and went back to our new house. Ethan finished a whole room while we were gone. Before I got out of the car I had to text Ethan to come help me carry the boys in.

He was out in a minute. He quickly grabbed both of them from their seats and carried one in each arm. They both stayed asleep while he carried them in. Ethan put the on the couch in the living room while we ate on the floor because our table wasn't up yet. After we ate we finished the walls then moved onto the bathrooms, kitchen, and other rooms. All of our mattresses were on the floor because we had to paint and redo all our rooms to suit our house so after we finished cleaning we put the boys in their beds and then we all went to sleep.

December 14th -painting

We were all so tired from yesterday we didn't wake up until 9:00 ish. Ethan and I laid in bed cuddling for a bite. "Okay we have to get up" I said. "Ugh why" he questioned. "Because we have to get paint today" I said. He rolled onto his stomach and closed his eyes. "Babe" I said I threw a pillow at him. "What" he said and sat up startled. "Get up" I said. He moaned and rolled out of bed. We got ready then woke up the boys and got them ready. (I'm not going to show anymore outfits in this chapter because it's like 3 day combined and I don't want half of it to be pictures😂) We decided that we would go our for breakfast today because we haven't gone food shopping yet and then go and get the paint and supplies.

Car rid to the paint store

We were talking about colours and stuff and since the house was white and grey on the outside I wanted to keep the colours though out parts of the house. "E for the nursery I was think floral what paper on one wall and then the rest would be a light grey. For ours I was think light grey, the boys a medium grey with a blue tint, and the kitchen in between the light and medium" I said. "I like that idea" he said keeping his eyes on the road. I knew he want to happy about choosing paints but we needed to do it. Once we got to the paint store I found the perfect colours and wallpaper for a feature wall. We also got brushes and rollers then we paid and left so we could get home and start painting. When we got home we primed the all the walls after we laid down plastic on the floor. We went from one room to the next. Once they were all primed we started to paint. "Why am I always pregnant when we paint" I said making Ethan smirk. Of course my feet were killing me so I did the paint close to the ground so I could sit on the floor. We did the boys room first, then ours, then our soon to be newest addition, and then the kitchen. We let everything dry and it looked amazing. Tomorrow we would set up all the furniture and the house would come together.

December 15 -last step

The rooms were looking good. This morning Ethan and I went to get furniture pieces for the rooms along with decorations. I couldn't wait especially for the nursery but sadly that was last. We were doing the boys room, ours then the nursery. By the end of the day we had only gotten the boys room done and the start of ours. It took a few days to complete the house and to get it to look the way we wanted it but we did it. Thanks to our family for watching the boys while we did this I could t even imagine what it would be like with Connor and Kaleb running around during this. But it finally came together. (Next chapter will be pictures of the house)
