"i take full responsibility of what happened today, sir".
        "william had nothing part of this. I started the food fight"

That's exactly what Alex had said to the principal.
She confessed of doing something, she didn't do. And like a idiot, I didn't stop her.

"I told you that girl was bad news, look at that. She started damn food fight. Its ridiculous they even let her into the school", my mother said at the dining room table as we ate breakfast.

"Mother, can we talk about anything other then Alexandra?", I asked as I was annoyed at the fact, all she would talk about was Alex.

How she shouldn't be in Oakham.
How poor and unintelligent she is.

"Let's talk about you and Anne. Did you not bother to listen to a word I said the other day?", She asked.

I stopped my fork, refusing to eat.
"Just because you want me to date Anne, doesn't mean I will", I say defending myself.

"Your going to apologise to Anne, and make a way for her to take you back", she said.

I honestly could not with this mother.

"No", I said.
"What?", She asked surprised I talked back.
"I said no, mother", I said.

"Stop this nonsense, right now, William. What's gotten into you? Disobeying me. Messing up the speech. Breaking up with a girl, you've been with 7 years. Involving yourself with the wrong time of people. Talking back to me. You never used to be like this. you've not been yourself", she said.

I didn't say anything.
If I said something, I would regret it.

"Your father would not be happy with the way your acting right now", she said.
That was it. My breaking point.
I just.... Snapped.

"How in the hell would you know what he would be happy with? He's dead. Matt is dead. They're both gone, and they're not coming back!", I shout in anger.

"Stop trying me like Matt, because I am not him. I will never be him, so stop trying to make my live his life", I continued.

My mother speechless from the way I lashed back at her. I breathing heavily, trying to calm myself.

"Excuse me", I said excusing myself from the table, I needed to clear my head, think. Get far away from my mother just for a while.

I sighed looking out the living room, being suspended had to be the most boring thing ever. I needed to get out, go somewhere for a little fun.

After showering and getting dress into a casual outfit, I placed my phone in back pocket, and walked to the front door.

I then opened it to see William, looking as if he wanted to knock.
I looked with confusion on my face.

"hi", he finally spoke.
"Hey", I said.

"W-what are you doing here?", I asked him.
"Let's leave campus and go somewhere fun", he said.
