Chapter 32

• Marije's POV •

I heard a knock at the door and it was Hayes. . .

I got up and asked Shawn if Hayes and i could talk for a little, he understood and went to get some food.

It was really awkward, then he spoke and we started talking,

" Marije, I'm sorry " he said

" Hayes..." I said

" Yes " he said

" I don't think I can do this. " I said

" Do what ? " He said

" I can't do this, we can't be anything. We will always be friends, the best of friends. But I don't think I can ever trust you again. " I said

" why ? Marije I love you, you're my bestfriend. I am sorry for everything I have done to you, I am just asking for a second chance. You're the love of my life, my life sucks without you. I'll never forget about you, I'll always remember you and that beautiful face. You were my first true love and I'll never, I mean never forget you. Please forgive me and give me another chance. I miss you. " He said with tears in his eyes

" Hayes, I will give you one more chance, but you have to earn it. You also have to earn my trust. " I said

" I love you Marije " he said

" I hate you Hayes " I said

" Skylynn misses you, a lot " he said

" Don't tell her know you seen me, or talked to me. " I said

" Why ? " He said

" Because, now don't tell her. " I said

" Okay, okay " he said

" Alright I have to go I'll see you Monday. " He said

" That's what you think " I said quietly

" What ? " He said

" Nothing, alright bye Hayes " I say

" Okay bye " he said then left.

Shawn walked back and we just talked a little, then it started getting dark and I started getting sleepy.

* next morning *

My dad was leaving this morning, we were finally going to go home. I woke up at 6am i don't know why but i did, today was Saturday and I was going to surprise Skylynn. I took a shower then started getting ready.

Shawn was going to hangout with Nash anyways so his dad took us.

We got there and I hid, I haven't seen Mrs. Grier and Skylynn in 2-3 weeks. So I wanted to see what was going to happen.

I walk though the back and walk up to Skylynn's room with my guitar, she didn't know I was there until she looked up 5 minutes later, when she saw me she started crying and ran up to me.

" Marije - I - missed - you " she said trying to caugh her breath between each word.

" I missed you too " I said then Mrs. Grier ran in with a worried look.

She then looked up and seen me, she ran and started crying on my shoulder. Then Hayes walked in with a happy look on his face.

After we were done crying we just sat and talked for a little, then Skylynn had to go to sleep.

I decided to hangout with Hayes since Skylynn fell asleep, and Mrs. Grier had to go to the store.

I walked in and he waved me over to sit next to him, we just talked about everything I guess.

We talked for hours, when I look at my phone its now 7pm and we left at 8am to come to the Grier's. I came out of Hayes' room and decided to see Nash.

We talked for a little then him and Shawn started to play there game.

Hayes and I just went back to his room and talked a little longer, then I had to go. Shawn was going to stay the night at Nash's.

Shawn was going to stay over my house for 2 weeks to make sure everything is okay with us and my dad.

Hayes and i just talked a little then we started getting bored and went down stairs to go see what Nash and Shawn were doing. They were about to watch a movie, I asked if I could see it and they said yeah. so I went and sat between Nash and Shawn.

We decided to watch Grown Ups 1 & 2, I was dying laughing because the movie was so funny, I started to get sleepy and I fell asleep on Nash.

* night *

I woke up and I was in Nash's room, it was now 10pm and I had so much energy I could have ran all the way to Florida. lol

So I decided to get up, I looked in the mirror and fixed myself a little then went down stairs. Nash, Shawn, and Hayes were dead asleep on the couch.

So I went to see what Mrs. Grier was doing, she wasn't busy so we just talked for a little, then she had to go to her moms with Skylynn, and Mr. Grier.

* 2 hours later *

It was now 12am and the boys woke up, I ordered pizza earlier so they just ate the other two boxes. They eat a lot.

I cleaned then finally meant it when I said that I had to go.

I said bye to them and left.

I got home said goodnight to my parents and feel asleep.

* next morning *

I was woken up by my phone going off like crazy and it was because of Shawn, he wanted to talk to me I guess. So I told him to come over and 2 minutes later he came.

" Hey wh- " I tried to finish but he clashed his lips into mine, his kiss was soft but passionate. We just stood there kissing, the kiss was long then he pulled away.

" Marije, be mine. Be all mine, I want to be with you. I want there to be a you and I, I don't want to be your bestfriend, I want to be your boyfriend to. Marije will you be my girlfriend ? "

" Sha- "

" I'm sorry I shouldn't have asked in the first place, I'll leave. " He said

But right before he was about to walk out I grabbed his wrist and gave him a kiss on the lips, then I pulled away and said,

" Dose that answer the question ? "

" Yes it does, " he said

" Okay good, because I feel the same way for you. " I said

" I'm sorry I couldn't hold it in any longer. I had to ask. " He said

" Stop apologizing Shawn. " I said

" Okay, sor- oh my.. Alright I should get going, ill see you later ? " He said

" Alright bye Shawn " i said then gave him a little kiss on the cheek and he left.
