Chapter 33

• Marije's POV •

I started getting ready because I was bored and there was nothing else to do.

I hung out with Shawn, Nash, and Hayes for a little then went home. I feel asleep, I just wasn't in the mood for anything.

* Monday morning *

Shawn and I broke up over the weekend, it was just to awkward for us. We have kissed even though we aren't dating, so we kinda are dating but at the same time we aren't.

So we just official said we weren't dating, we are bestfriends. We cuddle and stuff like that, he is an amazing friend.

Well today it school and I really don't want to go, but I am.

I am wearing leggings, Shawn's hoodie, which smells like heaven, and vans. I decided to walk to school instead of Nash driving me. Hayes decided he wanted to walk to, so I wasn't alone.

We just talked a little then we were finally at school.

The day went by fast, nothing really happened, Shawn and I texted in every class hour.

I haven't talked to Matt or anything, I haven't seen him. I was really worried, so I called him at lunch.

Me: Hey Matt

Matt: Hey Marije

Me: You okay I haven't heard from you ?

Matt: Yeah, just got a lot on my mind. I just couldn't see you.

Me: Why ? Did I do something wrong ? -

Matt: No, no. I just have feelings for you, and I couldn't stop thinking about you. So I decided if I stopped talking to you then maybe the feelings would go away, but I guess not.

Marije: Matt, awh

Matt: sorry

Marije: why ?

Matt: I had to tell you, I really like you mari-

Then are phone call got lost, and I couldn't reach him. Then I got a text from him,

" Hey sorry, lost the signal. "

" It's alright " I said

Then I walked to class, today was a good day I guess, I just always get happy when we have volleyball and soccer practices.

* after volleyball practice and in the middle of practice. *

I was just kicking the ball to the goal then something happened to my foot and I heard a big * CRACK * and I looked at my foot, it started swelling quickly and it started throbbing.

Jenna yelled for the coach and she ran over, she looked at my foot and looked at me, " I can already tell you popped it out of place, what are we going to do there is a game tomorrow. We need you ! " she said

" Hold on, " I say then try to get up but that didn't work, I called Nash ad he came and got me. He cared me bride styled to the car and out me in the front with him. He took me to the hospital, they put a cast on my foot and we left.

He said he wanted to take care of me and then forgot he had to go to Cameron's. I told him to go then Shawn came over.

We talked a little then I feel asleep because I was in so much pain.

* next morning *

I got up and hopped into the shower, I rapped my foot up then did my thing. I shaved and washed my hair, then got out.

I decided to go in leggings again, but I wore gray leggings and another one of Shawn's hoddie, threw on some vans and left.

Nash told me that he had to drive me and I just laughed and got in. I did none of my homework because of everything. My teachers all understood and gave me another day to do it all.

* end of the day *

I wanted to do to practice and just watch, so Shawn and Nash came with me to make sure I didn't get hurt or anything.

Then it happens . . .

Matt burst though the door, I thought he was looking for me but i guess not.

He was looking for Jenna, because he ran over to her then kissed her on the lips for a long time.

Tears filled my eyes, I tried to leave as fast as I could, but no I was on damn crouches.

I left with tears streaming down my face, why did I even care so much about him ?

He was just like all the other boys...

They all wanted to see me suffer, I looked back and saw no one.

Guys I actually did get my ankle popped out of place or something like that, I didn't go to the doctors, i dont know what I am going to do at school on monday. So hopeful it pops back into place, so yeah. REBEL 👊
