Chapter 25

Erza P.O.V.

"Ready for this?" Asked Mira. I looked at her and smiled. "Yes, I am." She smiled back. "Not too nervous?" She asked teasing me. I laughed. "A little bit, but I'm just glad we found a new home." I said honestly. Mira just smiled. Mira and I were walking to the big square from this pack.

When we arrived, there were a lot of people. Not only werewolves, but also humans. Everyone stood before a big building. Most werewolves stood in the front, while the humans stood behind them. "Come on," said Mira. I followed Mira to the front. We walked into a building. "Ah Mira you're here," said Gildarts. Beside him stood Cana, Juvia and Wendy. All of them were smiling. Wendy was the first one who spoke. "You're ready Erza?" She asked. I smiled. "Yes Wendy, I can't wait to become an official member of this pack." I answered honestly. She smiled back. "Juvia is so excited with our new member and Luna." Said Juvia. I looked at the blue haired girl and answered: "Thanks Juvia." I looked around and saw another group. I recognized them immediately. It was the group who found Lucy and me in the forest and attacked us, together with Gray and Laxus. If I remember correctly, their names were Freed, Bickslow and Evergreen.

Mira followed my gaze, the rest followed. The trio looked back. Mira waved, but before they could react Laxus walked over. Beside him was Lissana. "Mira, why is Lissana with Laxus?" Asked Wendy. Mira shook her head. "I don't know," she said. "Sorry," she said and walked to the group. "Are they forming a team?" I asked. This time Gildarts answered. "That's right, those three and Laxus are a team. The trio calls themselves the raijinshuu, they are the 'bodyguards' from Laxus." I understood and nodded. "You deserved it Laxus!" We heard Mira say. She looked mad at Laxus, while he looked irritated. "But," he began. "No," interrupted Mira. "That was your decision Laxus and now this are the consequences. Be glad, Natsu could banish you." He growled and gave a sign. The raijinshuu saw the sign and walked to Laxus, together with Lissana. Laxus turned around and looked for a second at me. His eyes narrowed, after that he walked away with the rest. Mira sighed. Loke walked to her and patted her shoulder. They walked back to us. "Everything okay Mira?" Asked Wendy. Mira smiled weak. "Yeah, it's just Laxus. He is still mad about his punishment." She replied. I was a bit confused. "Why is he mad, what for punishment did he get?" I asked. Everyone looked at each other. "You don't know?" Wendy Asked. I shook my head.

"He is temporally released from his task as Gamma." Answered suddenly a voice. We all looked back and saw Natsu, Lucy and Gray. Natsu was the one who answered my question. I nodded. "That's why Natsu asked you to become temporarily Gamma." I said and looked at Loke. He nodded.
I looked down and saw Natsu was holding hands with Lucy. I smiled a bit. "Looks like you two are doing well," I said winking. Lucy blushed hard while Natsu scratched his head. But then he smiled. "That's right, I'm so glad she is my mate." Lucy smiled back. "They even kissed," said Mira suddenly. My mouth fell a bit open. Lucy blushed blood red while Natsu glared at Mira. The rest of the group had the same reaction as me. This time, I glared at Natsu. He saw my gaze and hid behind Lucy.



"If you hurt her one time, you will feel my wrath. Do you understand?" I asked with a strict look. Natsu gulped and saluted. "Ye...yes madam." He answered. Lucy giggled. "Come on Erza, you know he wouldn't do that." I sighed. "I know, but you never know." This time Natsu stood beside Lucy. "I promise Erza, I will never hurt or betray her. You have my word." I sighed but nodded.

"Alpha," said Gildarts. Everyone looked at him. "Everyone is ready for the ceremony." Natsu nodded. "Good," he said and looked at Lucy. She nodded. Then Natsu looked at me. "Ready Erza?" He asked. I smiled. "Yes, I am."

Natsu P.O.V.

I walked on the stage from the building. The stage was just outside, before the building. "Welcome, everyone," I said loud enough. Everyone looked at me and bowed. I gave a sign. "The reason I called everyone from this pack is because I have a few announcements." People talked to each other because they don't know what I'm going to say. All werewolves know what this is about because of the pack link. "Silence, please!" Called Gildarts loud. Everyone was quiet again and looked back at me.
