Chapter 21

Natsu P.O.V.

When Loke and Gildarts left my office, I looked back at Erza. "Erza," I began. "I called you, because I want you to make an official member of this pack." I explained. Erza looked surprised at me, but a second later she looked down. I frowned. "Erza, are you okay?" I asked concerned. She sighed. "I will love to join this pack Alpha Dragneel, but... Please Erza," I said interrupting. "Call me Natsu." She nodded and talked further. "I will love to join this pack Natsu, but I can't." This time I looked surprised at Erza. "Why not?" I asked. She sighed and looked down. "I don't deserve it Natsu. I was Grimoire Heart's strongest warrior, I did so much wrong. I attacked other packs and helped them destroy them." I saw some tears fell over her cheek.

I stood up and walked to her. I put my hand on her shoulder. "Listen to me Erza, you did those things, but you are not a bad person." She looked this time at me. "I even heard you never killed someone, right?" She nodded. "See, you did. You're a good person Erza, don't forget that. This time a small smile was on her face. "So Erza, do you want to join my pack?" Erza wiped her tears away and smiled. "Yes Natsu, I will love to join." I nodded. "Perfect, tomorrow I will hold a ceremony for you." She nodded.

"Wendy", I called through the link. "Yes Natsu?" Answered Wendy. "Can you come to my office? Erza needs a room and maybe a tour of the pack." I explained. "Coming." She answered. I walked back to my office and sat back down on my chair. "Wendy is coming. She will give you a tour and bring you to your room." I explained. She nodded. "Thank you Natsu." I smiled. "Are you going to visit Lucy?" She asked curious. I grinned. "What do you think." This time she laughed. "Why did I ask, of course you will visit her." At that moment, there was a knock. "Come in." The door opened and Wendy walked in. "Hey Natsu, hey Erza," she said smiling. Erza smiled back. "Hey Wendy." She said. "Ready?" Asked Wendy. Erza looked at me. "You can go, I see you later." She nodded. "Wendy," I spoke when they both stood in the doorway. "Can I go visit Lucy?" I asked. Wendy smirked. "Of course Natsu." After that they closed the door and I was left alone. I sighed and looked at the papers on my desk. "Come one Natsu, almost there." I said to myself and started to work.

I didn't know how many time passed, but when I looked outside it was already evening. I stretched my body and left my office, on my way to the infirmary. I arrived at the building and saw Mira and Lissana. "Mira, Lissana!" I called out. Both women looked up when they saw me. "Alpha," said Mira and bowed a bit. Lissana didn't say something, but also bowed. "Please Mira, just call me Natsu," I said sighing. She smiled and nodded. "Need to go Mira," said Lissana. "Is good Lissana, speak to you later." Answered Mira. Lissana looked at me with narrowed eyes and walked off. I sighed and scratched my head. "What did I do?" Mira sighed. "I'm sorry Natsu, she is just angry because she heard what my punishment is." I groaned. "Just ignore her Natsu, you know how she is." I nodded and answered: "Your right. How went it with Lucy?" She smiled this time. "Did I tell you how amazing, kind and lovely she is? I apologized to her, but in return she just hugged me. I expected a punishment or something else, but not a hug." I grinned. "We talked a lot together, and she sees me as a friend." I felt proud of Lucy. "Glad to hear that Mira." She smiled. "I was going to prepare some food, it's almost dinner. Do I need to bring an extra plate for you?" Asked Mira. "Yes please Mira, that will be wonderful." She nodded. "Okay, I will be right back. She is waiting for you," she said winking and walked away. I smiled and walked into the infirmary. After a few turns, I arrived before her room. I took a deep breath and knocked.

"Come in," I heard Lucy say. I opened the door and saw Lucy in her bed. She smiled when she saw me. "Hey Natsu," she said. I smiled back and closed the door behind me. "Hey Lucy," I said and walked to her bed. "How do you feel?" I asked and took her hand. She looked at my hand. "Oh, I'm sorry." I started, but Lucy put her other hand on mine. "It's okay Natsu, I'm just glad you're here." She said. My smile just grew by her words. I sat beside her bed on a chair, still holding her hand. "I heard from Mira everything went well." I started. She nodded. "Yes indeed, she was so guilty for not helping me. I saw it in her eyes Natsu, so I hugged her." She explained. "Mira is a wonderful person Natsu. She is so kind, but also protective." I laughed a bit. "Yes, that's true. I will tell you a secret, but don't tell it to her." I said this time whispering. Lucy looked confused at me. "Mira her surname is also 'Devil wolf'. Reason is when she is angry, she is like a devil. She is dangerous, strong and not to be underestimate. She looks like an angel, but hurt her love ones or family and she will turn into 'Devil wolf'." This time Lucy giggled. My wolf side was in heaven when he heard her giggle. It was so soft and sounded like an angel. "Hey Natsu!" I woke up from my thoughts and looked up. Lucy sat this time before me on her knees in her bed. She looked concerned at me. "Are you okay Natsu? I was calling you, but you didn't respond." She said. I took this time both her hands and looked right into her brown eyes. "Sorry, I was just day dreaming about you. Your voice sound like an angel, and I felt like I was in heaven." I said smiling. She blushed and looked down. I put two finger under her chin, and lifted it up.

"Please Luce, don't look down." I said whispering. A small smile was forming around her mouth. I was so mesmerized by her eyes. Without thinking, I leaned forward. I felt her breath was getting faster, but to my surprise she followed my lead. Our mouths were getting closer and closer. I felt her breath on my face. She closed her eyes, and I followed. Just at that moment, the door opened and I heard a gasp.
