Under The Full Moon (NaLu)

Chapter 52

Levy P.O.V.

I heard the enemy breaking inside the Alpha house. Footsteps were heard above us. Children beside me whimpered. I gave a sign to be quiet. I looked around and saw humans, but also werewolf mothers with their children. All of them had fear in there eyes. I stood up and went to the door.

"Levy, what are you going to do?" Asked one of the children. I crouched down, so I was at the same height as him. The little boy was an orphan and I knew him because I visited the orphanage a few times. "No worries, I will make sure I bring these bad guys away from this place." I explained and patted his head. "Stay here and defend the rest of the kids ok?" I asked. He nodded with dear in his eyes, but tried to make a strong face.

I was not much of a fighter, but I have to do something otherwise they will find this room soon. I listened closely and made sure no enemy was close by. I opened the hidden door and came out in the library. I closed the hidden wall and shifted.

I sneaked carefully to the door and saw some enemy wolves. They were trashing the place and looking through all the stuff. I saw the backdoor and had a plan. I looked around and saw some six wolves in total. There was still a fight outside, so I knew they were close.

I took a deep breath and made sure I was spotted by them. "Look at this," said one f the enemy. All other fives looked up and saw me. They growled and walked to me. Every wolf had my attention, so this was my chance. I ran to the backdoor.

"Get her!" One of them growled. I ran outside into the forest as fast as I could. The six enemy wolves followed my trail. Lucky for me, I was small and very fast. I could slip easily through small gaps, while the enemy couldn't. "Don't let her escape!"

I ran faster and was close to a wild river. I was looking for a good place to cross the wild river. Swimming would be suicide. I saw a fallen tree and jumped on it. Suddenly one the enemy wolves was behind me and tried to hit me. I dodged his attack, but made sure I was in balance. The enemy was a big brute black wolf. He tried to attack me again, but again I jumped away. "Stay still!" he snarled. I growled back and saw his stand. If I can hit him right, he will lose his balance and fall in the river.

I wait till he attack again, than I will do a counterattack. The black wolf growled and attacked me with his claw. I tried to dodge it, but I slipped and his claw hit me hard. I yelped and almost fell into the river. He chuckled. "You Fairy Tail scums are weak." He said. I took my chance while he talked and bit into his paw. He was surprised by my attack and took a step back. He was now unstable and I pushed him hard. He lost his balance and fell into the river. The river was too strong for him. He tried to stay at the surface, but failed. The river took him with him, meanwhile drowning him.

I didn't look back and crossed the river. Suddenly out of the bushes two wolves appeared. I ran away, while they chased me. I recognized the are and knew what to do. I turned right and ran through the flowers. I looked back and saw the two wolves. Both were brown from color. I stepped back slowly. "Come here sweetie otherwise we need to force you." One of the wolves said smirking. The other just chuckled. I kept walking back, narrowing my eyes. I stopped walking, and they stopped too. "Finally using your brains?" One of them asked.

I looked up and smirked. Both wolves looked confused and looked up. I took my chance and ran at them. I jumped on one of the wolves and jumped from his back. I took my claw out and hit a big object and made sure it fell down on the two wolves. It was a giant beehive. Both wolfs were getting attacked by multiple bees. They screamed it out and ran away, trying to escape from the bees. I laughed and ran further.

I ran back to the pack and hoped the other enemy lost my trail. Suddenly a weight was on top of me and pinned on the ground. "Looks like we finally found you," a big grey wolf said. Two wolves stood beside us. Both had an orange fur. I tried to escape his grip, but he was too strong. "Let's have some fun," said one of the wolves. I stiffed by his words.

The wolf on top of me grinned. "Come on girl, shift." He said. I answered him by growling. The wolf dug his nails into my back. I whimpered. "Shift you little brat!" He growled this time. The two other wolfs shifted back to their human form. One was smaller than the other one, but both looked rough build and unkept.

One of the men kicked my flank. I gasped. "Come on, shift!" He barked. I ignored them and tried to escape. "Let's teach her to obey us," said one of the men. All men grinned. I felt again a kick against my flank, hitting my ribs. Next I was hit against my head. I whimpered, but refused to switch back. "This girl is so stubborn," said one of the men. I was losing my conscious, but tried to avoid it otherwise I will shift automatic.

Suddenly I heard a yell. I looked up and one of the men was pushed on the ground. A white wolf bit him in his neck, ending his life. Before they can react another blue wolf appeared out of the bushes and attacked the other guy, also ending his life. Both wolves turned to the wolf above me. I froze when I recognized both wolves. The blue one was Bickslow, and the white wolf is Lissana. "Wasn't she was locked up," I thought. Both took a step closer, but the enemy wolf brought his claw to my neck. "One step and this little wolf is dead." He threatened.

They both stopped and looked a bit worried. "Let her go now," said Bickslow. The black wolf growled. "You going to threat me?" He barked and dug is other paw in my back. I whimpered. Blood was dripping from my fur. My vision started to getting blurry. I had pain everywhere on my body. "Man, these men can kick."

"Back off you two now!" He said. Lissana and Bickslow obeyed and took a few steps back. I was tired and lost a lot of blood. I felt how my body was shifting back. "No, no," I said to myself. But it was too late, I was back in my human form. Blood was everywhere on my body, I had cuts and bruises everywhere. The wolf smirked and shifted back in his human form. He grabbed me by my hair and pulled me up.

A yelp escaped my mouth, but I was too weak and exhausted. He pulled me against his chest. "Stay right there and don't dare to follow us."

Both wolves looked concerned and powerless at me. Suddenly the grip around my neck is gone. I was too weak and ready to hit the ground, but strong arms catch me on time. I smiled when I knew who it was. Last thing I heard was my name, than everything went black.

Gajeel P.O.V.

Levy smiled when she was in my arms, but her eyes were closing. "Levy," I said but she went unconscious. "Gajeel," spoke Loke behind me. "Bring her back to the pack." I was concerned because Wendy was not here. "But Wendy is not here, who is going to take care of her?" I asked.

"I can do it," said a voice. We all looked back and saw Lissana. Beside her stood Bickslow. I narrowed my eyes. She gulped but said: "I helped Wendy a lot in the infirmary, so I know what to do." She explained. I growled. "I don't trust you." I spoke. She lowered her gaze. "I know, but please Gajeel you can come too or any other warrior. But let me take care of her please?" She begged.

Suddenly I heard a sound and looked back. Taurus was keeping the man down who hold Levy hostage. My eyes shifted from color and I knew my wolf was coming out. I looked back Lissana. "If something happens to her, I will kill you!" I threatened. She nodded. I gave her a kiss on her head before I gave her to Bickslow. "Sagittarius, Libra and Pisces," said Loke. "Go with them, keep an eye out." He said and nodded. "I come immediately when I'm done here," I said. They nodded and took off.

I turned my head back to the man. "Let him go," I growled. Taurus knew it was my wolf who spoke now and let go of the man. "You scum infiltrated our pack, attack and destroy everything, and now you attacked my mate and held her hostage. You really have death wish and shift to my wolf. The guy had fear in his eyes and shift too.

But I had no mercy and attacked him fast, completely surprising him. I bit in his back till he bled. He howled out from the pain. But I ignored him and hit him hard in his flank. I threw him against trees and rocks, breaking one by one his bones. "You are lucky you didn't end up in our torture room!" I growled and looked him dead in the eye. "When than you will feel what hell really is!" I snapped and bit him in his neck.

Blood dripped from his neck. He was start to lose his fighting spirit. I let him go and looked how he suffocated in his own blood. After a minute he was dead.

I was covered in blood, but I didn't care. My mind was now on my mate. And that's where I was heading now, leaving the rest behind.
