Chapter 30

Third P.O.V.

"Erza, are you okay?" Lucy asked concerned. Erza grunted a bit. "Yes, I'm fine. Damn, that hurt." Lucy chuckled a bit. "I am so sorry Erza," apologized Mira and bowed her head. Erza and Lucy looked at each other. "Why are you apologizing Mira?" Asked Erza. "For my mate, I don't know why Laxus is like this." She said sad.

Meanwhile Natsu was running behind the two fighting wolves. "All wolves watch out! Two wolves are fighting and destroying everything. Get away from them." Natsu informed everyone. Natsu ran in his wolf form after all the damage. "Serious, those two." He sighed annoyed and angry.

After a bit running he found the two wolves and used his Alpha voice. "Stop it now!" But they ignored his order. "Don't try it, both there wolf are so angry they won't listen." Said Etherious. Natsu sighed. "Serious." Both wolves were drenched in blood and dirt from their fight. They are both exhausted, but didn't gave up. "Try to separate them." Said Etherious. "I will try." Answered Natsu. But right at that moment Loke and Laxus entered the training fields of the young trainees. "Everyone get out of here!" Natsu ordered. All trainees fled in their wolf form, but one the younger ones was too slow and was ready to be crushed. Natsu ran as fast as he could to the trainee and pushed him down on the ground. Natsu used his wolf body as shield for the two fighting wolves. Natsu was almost knocked down, but stood strong. "You're okay?" he asked the young wolf when the two wolf disappeared. "Yes Alpha, thank you." He said. Natsu nodded and ran back after the two wolves.

"I have enough of this." Natsu growled. He jumped at the two fighting wolves and hit Loke hard in his jaw, while his other paw hit Laxus on his head. The two wolves growled at Natsu, but stiffed when they saw it was their Alpha. "That's quiet enough you two." Began Natsu and used his Alpha voice. Loke went down on the ground, ears on his back and whimpered when he saw Natsu. Laxus was fighting against the submission and growled back. "You think you can control me!" He growled and stepped forwards. Natsu growled back. "Stand down Laxus." Ordered Natsu. Laxus and his wolf were too stubborn and fought against Natsu his order. "You can't command me Alpha." He spotted. Natsu stepped forwards and showed him his Alpha dominance.

While the two wolves were growling against each other, other warriors and trainees surrounded the duo. Gray stood beside Juvia and Cana between the warriors, while Gildarts stood together with Wendy. The raijinshuu arrived together with Lissana, Erza, Mira and Lucy at the scene and waited patiently what will happen. "I had enough of this," said Laxus. "This pack is weak." He growled. When everyone heard Laxus his words, warriors and trainees were growling back at Laxus. Some of them shouted some words. "Silence!" Barked Natsu loud enough. Not a second later, everyone was quiet. Natsu narrowed his eyes. "Watch your mouth Laxus, you are already in trouble. Don't go too far!" Natsu warned. Laxus snorted and looked around. He saw his mate, Mira. "Please Laxus, just stop it." She begged through the link. Laxus sighed. "This pack is weak Mira, it's time to change that." He answered and looked further around. Then he looked back at Natsu and yelled loud: "I, Laxus Dreyar challenge you Natsu Dragneel for the title Alpha!" Not a seconds later protest were heard, other wolves were growling. Laxus smirked and decided to take it a step further. "The last wolf who stands will become the new Alpha, while the other wolf will be executed immediately!" This time Gildarts stood beside Natsu and said angry: "How dare you say that, first you can't challenge our Alpha! Not without the permission of the Beta and Gamma. Second, you can't make the rules by yourself!" Warriors agreed with Gildarts. Natsu looked beside him and saw Lucy. She had a sad expression on her face.

"All details," said Laxus suddenly. "Those arguments are just excuses. Don't you dare to accept the challenge Alpha Dragneel?" Asked Laxus while he laughed. Natsu sighed and looked at Loke and Gildarts. "Don't do it Alpha, you are in right. You can decline it." Said Loke. Gildarts nodded. "What do you think Etherious?" Asked Natsu his wolf. Etherious sighed, but answered: "He is just a nuisance, let's do this." Natsu chuckled by Etherious his opinion. Natsu turned around to Lucy. Lucy walked out the crowd and walked till she stood before him. Natsu sat down and brought his head against Lucy her chest. Lucy giggled. She petted his head and stroked his fur. "What do you think Luce?" He asked into the link. "I follow your decision Natsu, just know that I believe in you. Whatever will happen, I will follow you." She answered. Natsu smiled and licked Lucy her hand. Lucy smiled back and gave him a kiss on his nose. Then she whispered into his ear and said: "Whatever your decision is, know that I love you."

And that's all the words Natsu need to hear. He turned back to Laxus who stood there impatiently waiting for Natsu his answer. Natsu grinned and said loud enough: "I, Natsu Dragneel accept your challenge Laxus Dreyar!" Warriors gasped when they heard there Alpha his answer. Also Gildarts and Loke were shocked. "But Alpha," began Gildarts. But Natsu stopped Gildarts. "On only one condition." Laxus his eyebrow raised. "What is it?" He asked. "The loser will be banished immediately after this fight, not executed." Natsu answered. Laxus thought for a second, but nodded his head.

"Bring it on Alpha Dragneel!" He growled and howled loud. Natsu smirked and looked at Lucy. He gave a wink and howled also. Lucy took a step back and took Gildarts and Loke with her. "Lucy," began Loke. "Please, you can't let Natsu do this. Laxus is a powerful wolf, he can crush Natsu if he don't watch out." Lucy looked at Loke and answered: "I trust Natsu Loke, and if I stop him than it's too late. So please, give your support to Natsu, he can really use it." She answered.

Warriors were yelling, and cheering for Natsu. Mira didn't know how she felt. One side she wanted to support her mate, but on the other side she know how wrong Laxus his decision was and wanted to support her Alpha. Erza saw Mira her mood and brought her hand on Mira her shoulder. "Be strong Mira, I have confidence this will not end bad." She said. Mira just smiled and looked back at the duel.

"This pack will become the strongest when I'm Alpha, so be prepared to your banish Alpha Dragneel!" Growled Laxus and ran with full speed at Natsu. Natsu just grinned. "Let's do this Etherious! For our pack, for our family and most of all, for our mate!"
