We were all frozen when Lucy took the hit. She leant against Natsu his chest and was unconscious.
No one moved, not even Natsu. "Lucy?" We heard Natsu whisper. Suddenly, Hades began to laugh pretty hard. We all narrowed our eyes and looked at Hades. "Looks like I ended the whole Heartfilia bloodline now." He chuckled. We growled and warriors were walking forward.
But before anyone could reach Hades, Natsu spoke. "Leave him!" Warriors looked back and saw one of his eyes was red, meaning Etherious was also out. "Alpha, we need to give Lucy medical attention first." Gildarts spoke and stood before Natsu. Natsu growled and brought Lucy closer in his embrace. "Mine," He growled. "You stay away from her!" He barked this time.
"Natsu, we need to take care of her otherwise she can die." I said. He growled at me, but I saw he was struggling with his wolf. "You won't take her from me, I will kill you." He said, but I sounded more like Etherious. Natsu shifted in his wolf form and put Lucy down carefully. He stood protective over Lucy and narrowed his eyes at Hades.
I stood before him. "Alpha," I said because I knew Etherious was now out. "Please, your mate needs medical attention now. She is still alive, but if you don't let us help you she will die. Ignore him, you can take care of him later. Let's save our Luna first."
Natsu was struggling and knew Lucy needed healing. But Etherious was too angry to think clear. "Gildarts take Hades away, Natsu is too focused on him." I told Gildarts through the link. He nodded and took Hades with him with a few warriors.
When Hades was gone, Natsu focused his attention back on Lucy. "Please Alpha, let us help our Luna." I tried again. He growled, but was struggling. He growled loud and was whining at the same moment. He backed away and looked back at Lucy. He narrowed his eyes and ran away, disappearing into the corridor.
"Natsu," I said and wanted to follow him. But Gray was faster. "I will go after him, take care of Lucy." He told me. I nodded, because I know Gray had better connection with Natsu than me. I looked back at Lucy and saw Wendy was already trying to treat her. "Her wound is too big and I can't operate her here. The way to our pack is too far." She says panicking while she tried to stop the bleeding.
I didn't know what to do. "I know someone who can help her and she doesn't live that far." Says suddenly a new voice. We all looked back and saw Meredy. She was wounded and exhausted. Warriors grabbed her when they recognized her and put her in chains. "Why should we trust you?" Asked Laxus with narrowed eyes.
She sighed. "I understand you won't trust me, but she is your only hope to save her." She said and nodded at Lucy. "And who will this person be?" I asked suspicious. She gulped a bit, but answered: "the witch."
Loke growled. "How can we trust this witch, she is the one who gave the serum to Hades so he could take control over Lucy." More warriors agreed. "That's because he never told him he will use it on an Heartfilia." Answered another voice.
Ultear came inside, beside her were two warriors who guarded her. She also had chains on. She maybe Gray lost sister, we were still suspicious and wanted to Lucy and Natsu decide what will happen to her. "Ultear," said Meredy. Ultear smiled and looked than at me. "The witch is apparently friends with the Heartfilia family, but Hades tricked her by saying he wanted to take control over another wolf." She explained.
"We don't have much time," spoke Wendy suddenly. She looked at Ultear. "Bring us to her." She ordered. Ultear was bit surprised by Wendy her order voice, but nodded.
Third P.O.V.
After five minutes running a small group arrived at a cottage. Ultear ran first, followed by Laxus, Mira, Erza, Wendy, Taurus and Capricorn. Laxus carried Lucy, while the two Zodiac warriors were there to keep an eye an Ultear. Loke stayed behind to organize everything.
Ultear knocked on the door. An elder woman with pink hair opened the door. Her long pink her was tied in a bun and kept together with two large pins. She wore a dark green blouse and a white tie around her collar. Over that, she had a red cape with dragon-horned decorations on the collar.
She looked surprised when she saw Ultear. "Beta Ultear, what you're doing here." She asked surprised. She wanted to answer, but Erza was faster. "I'm sorry for disturbing you, but my Luna needs medical attention." She said desperate.
Laxus walked forwards and show her Lucy. Her eyes widened when she recognized her. "Bring her inside, anyone of you know something about medical care?" She asked while she took some items. Wendy walked forward. "I do have yes." The elder woman nodded. "Good come help me, the rest of you wait outside." She said sternly.
They all obeyed the elder woman and waited outside. Erza sighed and sat down. She put her head in her hands. She prayed that everything will be okay.
Meanwhile Gray was running behind Natsu and saw he was sitting before a lake. He was staring in the water and Gray saw his eyes were back to normal. So he knew Natsu was in control. Juvia linked him that they took Lucy away to operate her.
He walked till he was beside Natsu and sat down. "Hey," he said. Natsu didn't answer but knew it was Gray. "I'm sorry about everything. I know you have it hard but trust me, everything will be okay. Juvia just linked me they brought Lucy away to treat her." I explained. He sighed.
"I'm just lost Gray, I will never forgive myself if Lucy will die." He spoke. Gray stayed silent and just listened. "I don't know what to do now Gray, I feel so powerless." He said. Gray almost chocked when he saw a tear rolling from Natsu his eyes.
Gray smiled a bit and put his shoulder against his shoulder. "Come on, cheer up buddy. Hades is defeated, Grimoire Heart is gone, there is again peace and we all did it together. And I know Lucy is now in critical condition, but we are all behind her and will support her." He said trying to cheep up his best friend.
Natsu shrugged and smiled a bit. Gray pulled away when he saw Natsu shifted back. He followed and looked at Natsu. "Thanks Gray for knocking some sense in me, I really needed it." He said. Gray smirked. "No thanks Natsu, everyone can use some supportive words." Natsu chuckled. "True."
Gray was stunned when Natsu hugged him. Gray smiled and patted his back. "Thank Gray, I really needed it." Gray nodded. "No worries my friend. Now come on, let's go check up on your mate."
