"Ana!" I yelled into my phone, "Ana!"
"What?" she asked, "Were you able to escape?"
"I'm escaping right now!" I cried, "I'm at the main square! Hurry!"
In almost five minutes a red car sped up next to me, and the window rolled down. "Get in!" Ana yelled at me, and I nodded. She slammed the pedal, and we sped away.
"I thought you can't get a license until you are like 18," I said.
"Actually it is 21 here in the Czech Republic," Ana said, "But rules have to be broken sometimes."
"Hello," a boy said from the back seat and I jumped, "I'm Ana's younger brother George."
"Hey George," I said, glancing at the boy wearing a simple white shirt, jeans, and his hair was neatly combed, "I'm Aurora. Ana's friend."
"Yes, I've heard about you before," George said, "You were the vampire's prisoner. That must have been really hard for you."
"They weren't that bad," I said before I could stop myself.
"What?" And and George asked at the same time."
"Nothing," I said, looking out of the window. I had never really seen this town, and this was my first time. The town was gorgeous- the grass was bright green, and I could see the lambs roaming around. Fresh flowers were spurting out of the dirt, and I had the urge to just roll down the green hills.
Ana parked in front of a red barn, and we all stepped out.
"What is this place?" I asked, glancing at the chipped paint.
"You will see," Ana said, and I saw George grab a large wooden stake from the trunk of the car. What was going on? Ana opened the door, and I followed them with shaking hands.
The barn was dark and smelled like rotten horse meat. There was blood on the floor, and my heart started to beat rapidly.
In the center of the barn, I saw Daniel on the ground tied up in heavy chains. His feet were pinned to the floor, and his skin was being burned from the sunlight that was pouring into the room.
"What the heck?" I said.
"We found him here eating horses like a barbarous zombie," Ana explained, "It seemed like he was trying to get out of town and was having a feast before he left."
I suddenly realized that Daniel had never arrived at the villa in California. "Ana, just let him go," I pleaded.
"Have you forgotten that he killed George and mine's mother?!" Ana snapped, "He deserves to die!"
Before I could stop her, George drove the stake into Daniel's heart. Daniel gave a blood curdling scream before all trace of life left his eyes. My jaw dropped open in horror.
"And at this moment we are having a group of our friends raid the Kinsberg castle so they can kill the rest of you vampires," George added.
"No, you can't!" I cried, "The rest of them are good people!"
"Are you on their side?" Ana snapped.
"I'm on nobody's side!" I said, turning to walk away but Ana grabbed my arm.
"Where do you think you are going?" she asked, "To warn them? If you are not on my side, then I'm going to have to keep you here."
"You are crazy!" I cried, pulling my arm with enough strength to break away. I started to run towards the door but Ana jumped on me, and I screamed, crashing on the floor.
