Hospital

Ryan's p.o.v.

Jess entered the robot. She looked.......injured.

'Why are you late?' Asked Mark.

'I was-ouch!'

She got attached to the robot.

'Jess ! Leave it, you are injured.'

'I'm fi-'

'Not the time! Not the time!' Harris warned us but the robot made us fall.

We struggled to get up.

'Plasma punch!'  Jess ordered, with hurt in her voice.

'Here it is!'

The monster turned into ooze.

I quickly detached Jess from the robot.

'Are you okay?'I inquired.

With that she fell unconscious into me.

At the hospital

'Its good that her ribs aren't injured , but there is some internal bleeding, we have to operate her.'
The nurse informed me and went inside the operation room.

I sat at the chairs aside.

'She was attacked by two men near the book shop, it looks like they were Harper's men.' Harris spilled the news.

He and spider left for the canteen,leaving me and Mark.

I banged my fist on the table aside,unable to control my anger,'How could Harper do that? He has to pay for this..........Why she came to the robot? It only made her condition worse.'

'Well, it means  she likes you a LOT. That's why she came to the robot, she couldn't see you struggling.'
Mark gave my hand a little squeeze.

He was right.

'Mom's on her way, we will say that it was an accident.'

I nodded.

(Time passes)

'She's okay now, but it'll take time for her to gain consciousness, you can meet her now.'Nurse said.

The robot group was in the room.

I kept looking at her.

She opened her eyes.
