Jess p.o.v.

I opened my eyes. I'm still feeling uneasiness in my eyes. I saw Mark,Harris, spider and Ryan surrounding me.

'Are you fine?'

'Feeling hurt?'

'OK?'

They all questioned me, except for Ryan. We all talked a little,and then they left me and Ryan for some privacy.

'Aren't you gonna ask me how I am?' I asked.

'No.'

'Why?'

'Who told you to come to the robot? What if you've died?'

'If I haven't come to the robot, you would've died.'

'Don't argue with me, didn't your parents told you to be safe.'

'No, because I didn't have one.'

'Umm....I'm sorry, I didn't meant that.'

'I know.'

He gave my hand a little squeeze.

'Did your eyes just turned pink?'he asked.

'How's that poss-' I was cut of by mom.

Ryan's p.o.v.

Mom came in.

'Are you fine?'

'Ya , it was just a little accident.'

'A little accident? You just came back from death. I always wanted a daughter like you. Don't do things like that. Stay safe.'

I look offended.

'I love you too.' Mom assured me when she saw my expression.

Jess stopped her laugh.

I swear I saw her eyes turned rainbow.

'You'll be discharged in 2 days.' Said mom and went out to complete some formalities.

'Let's talk to Harris about this, I saw your eyes change colour.' I nodded.

Jess p.o.v.

I laid at the bed while Harris scanned me.

'Did your eyes touched something laser like?'

'Um...ya, when I was fighting those 2 jerks, one of them was having a laser sword, laser touched the corner of my eye.'

'That's it! Since you're a technopath, laser didn't affected you much. If it had been a normal person, he would've been blinded. The laser accidentally connected your mood lining to eye nerve. That's why your eye changes colour with your mood.' Said Harris. (This is truly fictional, don't try)

'How will I know which colour represents which mood?'

'Well, it differs from person to person, you've to work on it.'
