As the music plays slowly and we dance through the night,
I pull you close in my arms so I'm holding you tight,
I glance deep in your eyes I'm focused you are my sight,
Caught up in this moment so I know that it is right,
I slowly stretch out my hand as I give you a whirl,
Tonight I'm feeling the groove and I'm sharing my world,
I calmly give you a dip as we twist and we twirl,
There's no place I'd rather be than right here with you girl,
The music playing so subtle as I'm pulling you back within,
The hands that I have waiting so we can do it again,
So many are joining now I think we started a trend,
Our slow dance is amazing I hope that it never ends,
This moment that we are in is photographic at best,
You laying within my arms as you put your head on my chest,
I'm lucky to have you lady truly I feel I'm blessed,
The music begins to fade I love you I must confess.
