Unborn Child

To the unborn child that I probably will never have,
Id like to say I hope you're safe in your womb it's your dad,
I'm sorry I have to bring you in a world that's so mad,
It really breaks my heart and it makes me so sad,

But I'm here to treat you excellent from the day you come out,
Take you to all your games be in the crowd scream and shout,
Sit you down at the table and tell you life is about,
Ultimately be the role model that you never go without,

You fall I'll pick you up,
I'll tell you that life is tough,
But fight never give up,
Even when the road gets tough,

I'll always have your back and when you call I'm on the line,
If it's really something important I'm there at the drop of a dime,
Minor things I can coach you and you'll be just fine,
I'll always put you first you'll never be left behind,

I'll always treat you kind though tell you when you're wrong,
My door is always open so you never should feel alone,
You'll hold that spot in my heart you know the one called home,
