Do you know the intense pain of your chest caving in,
Unable to feel as everything you knew is flushed,
Blood no longer pumping dying from the agony,
Organs twisting inside and suddenly you're hollow
Feeling hopeless and nothing matters for love has been taken,
Like a mirror being shattered pieces of you fall,
An explosion of emotions what a catastrophic bomb,
Aching within your chest thinking what went wrong,
Well I'm all too familiar with this feeling called heartbreak,
You give and you give fight for what you want,
Yet in the end you're doomed to be left barren,
Stuck in a solitary of nothingness,
Thinking what could I have done better,
But it's not your fault loves a two way street,
You gave all you could muster but wasn't given the same,
It's like the ecstacy you once knew no longer shoots through your veins,
Your joy has been taking and you're in gut wrenching pain,
Wallowing your eyes out tears falling like rain,
Unable to be responsive feeling like you're going through withdrawals,
For love hurts but losing something you cherish hurts worse.
I pray that if you havent you never experience a broken heart.
