I sympathize with your pain,
For I've faced my own trials,
It makes you feel insane,
So you just give in to denial
You'd much rather be happy,
Share your thoughts, give a smile,
But the pain won't let you go,
It'll stick by you like a child
I can give you a deep confession,
Yet it'll offer you no reprieve,
From the demons in which you battle,
It is up to you believe
That not one day you're alone,
And the message you don't receive,
When you're deaf, blind, and mute,
To the signs the Lord conceives
I'm a firm believer in faith,
That you'll never be given too much,
The weight that your shoulder carries,
Only shows you to hope you clutch
You don't back away from the fight,
Fall down and don't get up,
Because we're all created strong,
There's no need to have a crutch
So I understand your pain,
And the damage that goes with it,
It's the devil breaking you down,
In hopes that you go wicked
So think about these words,
The next time that you feel livid,
And know that you were born strong,
Yet so individually gifted.
Overcome your pain and find your road to happiness.
No one was born to suffer
