Revival

Hanime caught Nikko when Madara threw him off the spire. He jumped from the spire and placed Nikko on the ground. He drew a seal on Nikko in blood. He then formed the tiger, snake, ram, and dragon hand signs. "Blood Seal: Essence of Life!"

Yakama stood between Madara and Hanime, poised to strike. She threw herself toward the man as Hanime performed his jutsu. She sidestepped a punch and stabbed at him with a paper spear. She threw herself back when Madara swung for her head.

She peeled apart when Mu used Particle Style on her. The former Tsuchikage narrowed his eyes. Yakama ducked under a punch from Madara and jumped back. She made a paper sword and swung it for the man.

Madara ducked under the paper sword and kicked at Yakama. The girl peeled apart again and reformed a few feet before Hanime and Nikko. She tensed up and raised a kunai.

Madara smiled. "All three of you are good at dancing," he said, "But. . . you're out of step with me." He formed the snake hand sign. "Wood Style: Deep Forest Emergence!"

Nikko gasped as he returned to life.

He then grabbed Hanime and Yakama by the arms before flying up, away from the jutsu. Nikko threw a marked kunai at Madara. Once the Kunai had gone past Madara, Nikko teleported to it and drove an Elemental Devastation through Madara's chest.

"Flying Raijin Step Two," Nikko said, "Now, Planetary Devastation!"

As Madara began to float into the sky, rocks floating toward him, Nikko prepared a kunai with a sealing tag. Nikko threw the sealing kunai onto one of the passing rocks.

Hanime sighed and deactivated his Kerryugan. Madara broke out of the Planetary Devastation. Nikko gasped and threw himself away from the Susanoo.

It was then that the missing three Kage made an appearance.

"Nikko," said Tsunade, "It's time for you to go back up Naruto. We five Kage will handle things from here."

Nikko grit his teeth and nodded. "Very well," he said.

"I name you Sixth Hokage," Tsunade said, "Now go."

Nikko nodded. "Yakama, Hanime, grab onto me," he said.

They did as he asked and he teleported the three of them to a mark he'd placed on Naruto ages ago.

The boys and Yakama appeared at Naruto's side in time to see Obito's face.

Nikko threw himself toward the Gedo Statue. Obito stepped between Nikko and the Gedo statue. He swiped the Gunbai at Nikko. "You will not touch the Gedo Statue," he said, forcing Nikko back.

Nikko narrowed his eyes and jumped back. His Rinnegan adopted the look of the tomoes of the Sharingan.

"He's reviving Ten-tails, is he?" Nikko asked, "Very well then."

Nikko stood before Kurama. "Sorry, but you're going to have to make room in here for Ten-tails if he's successfully revived," he said.

"How do you plan to seal him?" Kurama asked.

"With the Reaper Death Seal," Nikko said, "I remember reading about it in that scroll Naruto stole."

"You plan to sacrifice yourself?" Kurama asked.

"I'll do whatever it takes."

Nikko closed his eyes and clapped his hands together. He began to gather chakra between them. As he spread them apart, a black orb took shape. "Planetary Devastation!" he yelled as he released the orb.

The orb took to the sky and started to pull rocks toward it. The Gedo Statue, however, didn't move.

Obito struggled to stand as the orb pulled the rock on which he was standing toward it.

Hanime took his chance. "You have blood," he said, "You I can kill." He formed the rat hand sign. "Blood Style: Blood Absorption." He rushed forward and reached for Obito.

His attack passed right through.

Hanime whirled around and kicked for Obito's head. The attack passed through yet again.

Nikko sighed and looked to the Gedo Statue. I don't have enough chakra to use the Hachiman, he thought.

Obito erected a barrier around the Gedo Statue. "There," he said, "Now I can focus on killing you seven."

Nikko grit his teeth and looked to Obito. "I'm going to kill you, Obito," he said, "Then, I'm going to find out who you are."

Nikko rushed forward, creating a black rod. He stabbed for Obito. He sidestepped a downward swing from the Gunbai and drove the rod forward.

The attack slipped through Obito.

Nikko sighed and ducked under Obito's grasp. He jumped back and focused lightning chakra into his fingertips. "Secret Lightning Technique: The Shocker."

He rushed forward and swung his hand for Obito. Obito ducked under the attack and kicked Nikko in the chest. The boy stumbled back, but tried again. He threw himself forward and swung for Obito.

This time, the attack landed. It took one of Obito's hands from his arm.

It was then that Madara arrived. "Looks like you're having fun over here, Obito."

Nikko's eyes widened. "You've already killed the Five Kage?"

"Yes," Madara said, "There is one Kage left, Nikko. You."

Nikko bit his lip. "We need to stop the revival," he said, "No matter what. I'll deal with Madara and. . . Obito, I think. The rest of you, find a way to destroy the Gedo Statue."

Nikko moved then. He swung for Madara's neck with a marked kunai. Madara ducked under the swing.

Then, Nikko stabbed for Tobi with a black rod. Tobi sidestepped the rod and swung for Nikko with the Gunbai. Nikko dodged the Gunbai and kicked off of Madara to retreat a few paces. Obito gave the Gunbai to Madara

Nikko then rushed back into the battle, ducking under a swing of the Gunbai. Nikko jumped back. "Horse, tiger," he said as he formed the hand signs, "Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu!"

Madara held the Gunbai before him. "Uchiha reflection," the reanimation said.

Nikko raised a palm and absorbed the reflected jutsu.

The young Otsutsuki sprinted toward Madara. He stabbed at the older Uchiha with a black rod. Nikko's eyes fell to Obito as he rushed to stop Hanime and Yakama from attacking the Gedo Statue.

Nikko rushed forward and drove a black rod into Obito's side. Hanime smiled and grabbed Obito's arm. "Now you die," he said.

Madara cut Hanime's arm off before either he or Nikko could react.

Hanime screamed in pain and jumped back. He focused blood style chakra into his missing arm and regenerated a new one within seconds. He clenched and unclenched his fist repeatedly. "Thankfully, I'm a blood style user," he said.

Nikko nodded and had Obito pull out a kunai. He held it up to Obito's Rinnegan. A mere second before Nikko made him drive it toward the eye, Madara intervened and caught Obito's wrist.

He then pulled the rod out of Obito. "Take care not to get stabbed by one of those again, Obito," he said.

It was then that Naruto and Bee launched their Tailed-Beast Bombs at the Gedo Statue.

Nikko sighed in relief when he couldn't sense the statue's chakra anymore. "We've won," he said.

"I wouldn't be to sure about that," Madara said before jumping onto the Ten-tails, "This world ends now."
