chapter 23

me and Hayes sat in complete silence for about 15 minutes waiting for Barts response.

Not one sound was made.

My heart was pounding out of my chest, the only thing I could hear was my heart beating faster and faster every minute Bart didn't respond.

"Payton, Bart replied." My stomach turned upside down, my heart started beating even faster.

At this rate I'll faint or have a heart attack.

Hayes slowly opened the text message, as he read it I saw his eyes grow wide as he went on word by word.

His hand grasped mine, tighter and tighter as he read.

my stomach was doing handsprings and back tucks, I needed to know the answer.

"Hayes, what is it?" I was nervous

"Your coming to magcon with us."

We both jumped up and I hugged him, as he kissed my forehead.

Then, I remembered I would have to sing in front of a huge audience.

The weight lifted off my shoulders was back.

i decided to call my mom and tell her the big news.

"MOM" I was practically yelling into the phone.

"What's up Hun?" I could tell she was in the car.

"Well, Hayes got me a singing gig with Magcon Tour!"

"HONEY THATS WONDERFUL!"

"The only problem is, is it's in New Jersey."

"Well, Christina can take you. She is 16, I trust her."

"I don't" I mumbled into the phone.

"We'll talk more at home."

"Okay, I love you mom." I said ask Hayes hugged me from behind.

"Love you too sweetie."

I hung up and Hayes stood there waiting for me to say something.

"So... I guess I'm going to Magcon." I finally blurted out.

"YOUR MOM LET?!" He was ecstatic.

"Yeh, my sister is gonna come with us though." Me and my sister don't really have a tight bond.

She's the popular one in my family.

"At least you get to go." Hayes leaned in for a kiss, and I did too.

As our lips collided, I heard Nash yell into his phone,

"AWW LOOK AT THESE LOVE BIRDS" and sprint up the stairs.

neither did I or Hayes budge to chance him, we just stared into eachothers eyes. we new we would see the vine sooner or later, and later would be better.

I've never felt this feeling for anyone before, it made my stomach hurt and my heart pound.

love hurts.

"Let's look at that vine," I suggested, but Hayes shook his head and put his forehead on mine.

"I don't want this moment to ever end." he said softly, I could feel his heart beating on top of mine.

He cupped my cheeks and lifted my chin up, then his lips attached to mine.

I felt a big grin spread across his face, so a big one spread across mine.

this moment felt so perfect, fireworks went up my arms, and up my legs.

We stood like this for about 2 minutes. his breath collapsing on mine.

I couldn't wait for tour.

SORRY; I wasn't updating cause I was in Washington Dc during the weekend and I had a huge Spanish test last week.

I'll be posting more often.
