<Nagisa>
Karma ended up eavesdropping while I was on the phone. He came busting into the room later on that day saying he wanted to help too. If this was the case, I knew we had to call in someone else too...
But I really don't know if he would want to help us.

Both Shi and I arranged everything. We visited the Karasuma's and explained everything to them. They both seemed unsure, but with consent from Ritsu and the timing of everything. It was possible.

"Does Aguri know about this?" Tadaomi asked.

"N-no, not at the moment." I spoke.

"We want this to be a surprise." Shi added.

"You expect her to just willingly give you her late husband's heart for a couple of years without saying anything?" Tadaomi made an obvious point.

Shi crosses her arms, trying to think of another way to do this without letting Aguri know the true motives.

"Lastly. Do you know if Aguri wants this?"

That question struck us off guard. Of course she would want her husband alive again! But is that really the case? Aguri is older now and she has moved on.

"Nagisa." Shi placed her hand on my arm.
Her gentle touch reminded me of how I used to be.

Even if we decide to move on, we still suffer don't we? Then I remembered the cries that were bottled up in Ichiro for so long, his expression of loneliness. His troubles deciding on his future because of his mother. I know we can change that for them. If Koro-sensei had the doubts in him, we can have doubts too. In the end of the day, it's the only moral thing to do.

"As a mother. I'm positive. Shi and everyone else thinks that too." I spoke confidently and Shi nodded her head.

"If you're so passionate. Then I'll help you out. Irina can as well." Tadaomi finally agreed. "But it is your priority to persuade Aguri to give you Koro-sensei's heart."

"I️ completely understand." I overflowed with extreme happiness and relief. It's like the ripples in the ocean has finally become great waves.

<Karma>
I decided to visit Aguri on my own. Nagisa and the others don't know that I'm doing this. But knowing Nagisa she'll take too long to think of a plan. I pulled up into the drive way with Namari with me, when I picked her up from school.

"You better behave yourself young lady." I helped her out of the care and she nodded her head obediently, yet gleefully.

"I will." She held my hand and both walked up to the house. I had called Aguri beforehand that I needed to speak to her.

"Come in, come in." She opened the door and held it open until both of us entered.

Mari peered around for Ichiro until she found him walking out of the living room. That's when she pounced him. In a way that was almost too fairytale like. Slow motion and Ichiro had caught her within his arms. Wait this reminds me of.

"What's this? Here again?" He laughed, "nice to see you Mari."

"Hehehe." She giggled.

"Ichiro can you watch her for awhile?" I patted his shoulder.

"Of course." He nodded his head and he took her into the living room.

Both Aguri and I sat down at the kitchen table and offered me something that drink, but I declined.

"Karma, your expression makes me nervous." She awkwardly laughed, "what is it that you wanted to talk about?"

"Listen, I know you might reject this, but are you willing to give me Koro-sensei's heart?" I bluntly questioned.

Her eyes widen with surprise and she tilted her head confused. She looked down and stared at her hands, then looked back up.

"Could I ask for what? I don't want you to think that I don't trust you however I don't understand the context." She explained.

"I knew that you would wonder what I could possibly want with his heart." I spoke, "but can you at least give me benefit of the doubt that I will promise good news? Change?"

Aguri readjusted herself in her seat and pondered about. It was necessary to think it over, but it was also necessary for her and Ichiro to possess happiness again.

<Ichiro>
It came out of nowhere when Mari started talking about my dad and how she was going to see him soon. What could she mean?

"I heard mommy say on the phone that everyone was going to help Ichiro and your mommy that you'll see your daddy again." She played with the loose thread on his shirt.

"Is that so?"

"Yup." She replied. "It'll be great won't it?"

"Yeah, yeah it will." I agreed and nudged her arm, "I would like to see my dad again, hug him and everything."

Mari suddenly looked up and scanned around the room. She looked into my gaze and opened her mouth.

"What's that sound?"

"Hmm?" I raised a brow, "a sound?"

"Yeah, it's like. Um.. ba-dump, ba-dump." She hopped down the couch and as she was peering around the corner, her dad bumped into her. I saw a small brown box in his hand.

"Oh, sorry kiddo." He picked her up and held her in his arms. "You ready to go?"

"But I wanna stay with Ichiro." She pouted her lips and stared back at me.

"Maybe next time." I said to Mari and she nodded her head, "when winter vacation comes, I'll be back."

"Okay, promise?" She stuck out her pinky.

"I promise." I hooked my pinky with her's and she gleamed. "Liar has to swallow a thousand needles." She giggled.

"I know I know." I laughed and pinched her cheek.

I examined the brown box that he was carrying in his other hand and then I started to hear someone. A beating heart. I glanced over at mom and she didn't notice it, but Mari was staring at me like she could hear it as well. Was that was she talking about?

Soon enough, those two left and mom crossed her arm. She leaned against the wall and I approached her, wondering why she looked quieter.

"What did he tell you?" I brought up.

"It's about your dad. He didn't explain everything, however I know what he's trying to do. To my knowledge, I don't think they'll succeed."

"What do you mean? Bringing him back?"

Mom nodded her head, "they may have your dad's heart, but they don't have the essential chip that will complete him. Therefore that is why I don't think they'll be successful."

"The chip? Like how dad's chip resides within Karma? That one?"

Mom leaned her head on my shoulder.
"Those kind chips don't exist in the government's hands anymore, and I doubt that they'll be able to recreate them." Mom sighed.

"Then why give them the heart?" I questioned, "why let them go through all the trouble?"

Mom smiled at me and shook her head.
"Even if I say all of that, I feel like there is a chance."
