Hagami barely had the time to spin around and flip away from the person behind her. With her failing eyesight, she could barely make out the Asura Path's face. The only giveaway was that this one was bald. Hagami narrowed her eyes, her teeth becoming bared suddenly and her Sharingan appeared. This allowed her to see a little better.

"So, there was one left behind, you." Hagami murmured. Now all the other Pein knew where she was just because of this one. At least now it won't be too hard to find the rest of them. She thought and swiftly avoided the bullets being shot toward her. The Asura Path's ability was weaponry which was normally found within a puppet. And this one seemed to be more modernized than Sasori had made his so Hagami had trouble dodging all the bullets.

Her back suddenly touched the wall and she jerked her head around. When she looked back the Asura Path shot another bullet toward her-he thought she was cornered. However, Hagami instead blew out the wall herself with her Susanoo cloaking her as she did so. Her body plummeted toward the water beneath and to her surprise, the rest of the Pein were in that area too. Another cataclysmic blast reverberated against her Susanoo, shaking her own bones with it. Hagami turned her body around just in time to see another set of bullets rain down on her.

Hagami closed her left eye in response and focused chakra into her right one. Whilst in midair, she focused on the bullets first since there was some space between them. She burnt them from existence. But amidst the smoke and the distance between the water and her Susanoo, she didn't calibrate her time well enough when she plunged into it. The air was knocked out of her, simply said, and bullets followed her into the water.

Gomenasai (Sorry). She thought as she weaved hand seals for a Lightning Style jutsu. For those standing on the water or in the water without a means of defense, they'd be caught up in it and since the water's surface was just broken by the Asura Path, he'd surely get caught up in it. Raiton, Raikou Hitofuki no Jutsu (Lightning Style, Lightning Blast Jutsu)! She shouted in her mind and her Susanoo vanished. Lightning infused chakra stunned whoever was in the water and the completely disarmed the bullets and left the Asura Path paralyzed. This allowed her to swim to the surface without a problem. Her head broke the surface but she didn't take a deep breath. She took short, quiet ones and hoped that she wouldn't draw attention to herself, not that she hadn't already.

"Hagami, come out. With that display you just had, you can't hide for long." The Preta Path ordered. From where Hagami was, she saw him clearly, but she didn't make a move as something else surfaced off to her left. A white haired man appeared with a small toad on his shoulder. Coursing between the two of them was something Hagami had never felt before. "I know of how much information you've leaked about Akatsuki. But you'll be killed quickly if you come out now."

Not a chance. She thought humorously but she heard a small poof off to her left. A Fūma Shuriken lingered in the toad's grasp until he passed it to Jiraiya. Right away, another Pein saw the Shuriken enabling the Preta Path to dodge it easily. It implanted in one of the water pipes cutting through the sturdy metal as if were nothing. If I'm not mistaken, that's Jiraiya, one of the Legendary Sannin. So why would he be here of all places, in Amegakure? Unless...it's for recon to know the leader of Akatsuki. Her eyes widened when realization hit her.

If he's figured it out, then he can return to Konohagakure, unlike me. And the information he holds could prove to take down Akatsuki before they can put Project Tsuki no Me into action; and I doubt people will want to follow me. Hagami pressed her hands together and amassed chakra in her eyes. Her Mangekyō Sharingan appeared seconds later.

For the safety of Konohagakure, I'll get Jiraiya out of here alive. She launched herself out of the water at the same time Jiraiya did. He was just barely missed by the Asura Path who was reaching for his throat. In that instance, Hagami's Susanoo cloaked herself and she manipulated a hand to enclose around Jiraiya, protecting him from the bullets that were shot out by Asura Path as it fell back onto a fallen piece of rubble.
